There was a LOT of accumulated moss/algae, as well as normal dirt, leaves, branches from years of inattention. In talking with Peter, before the job started, it was obvious how detail oriented, customer focused, and committed he was. Very responsive, transparent, positive. His price was extremely reasonable, and provided discounted bundle options like gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and window cleaning to create a full service package. We really needed these in addition to the roof cleaning, so this bundled package was great.
