My guess is most of us who need garage service happens when we're in a jam. It's a stressful appointment to have to make. Imani made the experience seamless and rocked it. I called Chris that day and he talked me through what to do and expect and gave me the option for emergency service or regular service. We decided to wait and scheduled him for Monday. He called two jobs ahead to let me know his timing and then texted when he was on his way. When he got here, he explained everything and gave me options for spring replacements and even showed me the differences between them. The work went quickly and then he showed me how to maintain my door properly and we discussed repairs I could do myself. Then we tested everything and he made adjustments to the door to make sure it worked perfectly. I highly recommend calling Chris with all of your garage door needs.

Eddy does great work for what I thought would…read morehave been a lot costlier garage door replacement (he quoted probably half of what I was imagining), and there's no question about that. But because of his quality and value, there is great demand for his services, so it did take a couple weeks to finally get an appropriate time to actually replace the garage door. So I wouldn't mind paying 25-50% more (especially since they offer financing) if he did so choose for a faster service. He even threw in a free lock for the garage. It wasn't an emergency to me, so that probably colors my review. But seriously, dude, you can probably raise your prices just a bit more, and I think most people would be happy.

After every momentary loss I would have to climb up on the ladder and reset all the openers. They came out, I was fully prepared to buy a new garage door opener but after looking at my system, and trying a couple of options, they were able to create a solution that saved me over $200 over buying a new opener and would last longer than a new opener would. They were more concerned about what has the best solution for me as opposed to what would generate more money for them. I was fully prepared to buy a new system. They did the right thing for me and not them. As a result I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND this company. Dutch H.
