He says that he does not…read moresubcontract work out however he had contracted out a group of men that obviously had no idea how to paint. Thomas was rarely on my job site to give them direction. He left my house in shambles. They painted all of my windows shut so I cannot open a single window in my home. They painted my storm doors and all the paint is chipping off. They spray painted my exterior handles black, which were already black and now they're chipping. He promised me he knew how to put up siding on the front of my house and it totally turned out wrong obviously because he had no experience of how to hang this up. Not to mention they left my exterior faucets running on the outside of my home for several hours. They left my front yard in my backyard a mess, including cigarette butts everywhere. They never used painters tape on any of my windows so I have paint all over my windows. I have contacted him several times about returning to my job and he keeps promising me that they will be back out, but he never shows up. This guy is a scam and I would never never refer him to anybody. Be aware and don't use. And not to mention some of my light fixtures on the exterior of my home that were not to be replaced ended up missing. My husband paid him a deposit to repair our garage floor and he just took the money and ran from us. He said that he thought that job just went by the wayside, but has made no attempt to give us our deposit back.

I would like to start off by saying, all-in-all, I was happy with the work that was done. I would definitely use them again if I needed similar services needed in the future, or anything else they provide work on. Really, the only downside was the amount of time, from initial contact to when the actual work was completed took longer than expected. There was mentioned a personal emergency, which I understand, and that they didn't want to schedule too many jobs in advance in case something runs over or a contractor is unexpectedly unavailable. But my initial contact took place on 10/24 and a contract wasn't sent over for me to review and return until 11/4, then I wasn't contacted to schedule an appointment until 11/20. So, while I would have liked to been kept in contact more, I am glad to say I was very happy with the work done. I would probably recommend calling the company, rather than using the website/email; that might provide a quicker turnaround. I just hate calling folks, so I avoid it when possible! Now on to the actual work. The contractor arrived on time, and looked professional. He was also courteous and didn't mind my cats, which is a bonus since they tend to be super nosy with visitors. He arrived around the ETA I was given, and was quick to ask what all I needed done. I showed him the three items we needed help with, and he said he would be able to get it all done. He got to work right away. I ended up needing to leave for work a little after he arrived, but my husband said he was great the entire time I was gone too. It wasn't until a few hours later that I came home to inspect everything. The toilet no longer constantly runs, my caulking job looks perfect, and I have a nice new showerhead instead of what was left over from the previous owners! The initial contact went a little slow, but I am very happy with the overall results, thus my rating. The hourly rate was a little higher than I expected, but I knew it ahead of time. I'm just glad he got done quickly; they definitely don't mess around or try to pad their timesheet, and for that I am grateful. I definitely recommend Punch Out Plus, LLC.

When my husband and I were ready to have the work done, I emailed them told them I'd like to schedule them to come out. They emailed me a proposal. I signed it, emailed it back and within 2 weeks the work was done. Bill was the gentleman that came to our house to complete the work. He was VERY VERY nice.
