He was able to inspect our new construction house on very short notice and was extremely thorough. He caught difficult things like a loose bolt under a pillar and framing missing nails and also major things like cracked roof trusses. He was super responsive. We had a few questions and replied to them immediately. Also the inspection report was available to us within hours of if the inspection, same day! Our meeting with him went really well too.we were not able to be on-site but he did a walkthrough via Zoom, showing us all about our house. We saw all the stuff that was done well, and everything that was an issue. There's 2 more inspections in the build process and we will be hiring him again for each of them. Hire him and don't look back :)

Everything was WRONG n not up to code. A tub drain was wide open going straight into my crawl space. We had 4-6in water in the crawl space The sellers were flippers and had hired a unlicensed plumber to do the work without permits. Lesson learn do your homework. Ric refunded our money because he knew he was wrong but that $385 isn't a drop for the stress, inconvenience, headaches n financial burden it put on my family. We would NEVER recommend this company.

Megan is great! She was responsive, kind, and very communicative. We hired her for another…read moreinspection just prior to the end of the warranty on our new build. Her inspection was notably different from my first home inspector... Home inspection was thorough and non-disruptive. I was home the whole time and she was quiet and polite when needing to get into my space as I worked. She used a drone to get roof pictures. She went into the attic. Infrared pictures verified that I was just imagining a draft through certain walls. She found at least a dozen things my initial inspector did not. The report was provided same day. The radon report was MUCH better than my prior inspection. She gave me the reading minutes after picking up her equipment. The report also included every reading from the 1 hour intervals so I could see exactly how the level changes over the day. Megan actually talked to us about tips on how to manage certain things in the home and seemed happy to do it. My prior inspector literally didn't plan on talking to us about anything - wanting to say everything would be in the report. Megan is the home inspector I WISH we had hired for the original home inspection... but if you're like us, it's not too late to hire her before your home warranty is up!
