First time dealing with cowboy tradesmen. I was not given a reciept for a boiler service, and was later told I had not used their services, until I produced evidence. I was scheduled to have a boiler repair but found out they had not ordered the replacement parts and would have to wait a fortnight for hot water, at a cost of £220 pounds. After many phone calls I was eventually offered a refund, but only if I traveled to Coventry to collect it. To this day I have not recieved any refund or apology. I called another company and they fixed the boiler within the same day, and at half the cost. They came out on the same day as asked which was great. They asked £65 (including call out fee) just to unblock a toilet! The job took no more than 3 minutes!! And then after putting the tool in the blocked ganky toilet he puts it in my sink for crying out loud. First in my toilet and then in my sink?! And then he leaves the floor soaking with water from the toilet!!!!! read more

I have been searching for a reputed bathroom and plumbing services. I availed the services of this company and found them quite satisfactory. My bathroom and all leaking parts were perfectly replaced by the technicians. Really, I have a sigh of relief. I can't believe this company has changed the entire scenario. read more
