He was there at 2:20! He gave me an estimate over the phone, which I verbally approved. When I got home at 4:15, the door was repaired and he had a new remote control for me. He showed me what he did to repair it. I paid with my Visa the exact amount he quoted me, and he drove away. I was very happy with the service from start to finish. The phone was answered by a real person who exhibited kindness and professionalism. She told me the technician's name, and I could see his photo on the website. They do background checks and drug testing of their employees. The technician was early, in uniform, and very professional. I am very pleased.

They did not introduce themselves upon arrival or ask ANY questions like "where can we put the materials/supplies? Where can we put our ugly dump trailer? Can we set up our saw in front of your garage door?" They were also very sloppy leaving materials all over the yard including large nails and razor blades without regard of dangerous conditions for children and pets. The only reason they got a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because the end result does look nice. Too bad we had to complain and be "one of those customers" to get action.
