This lady is rude. Upon arriving, I was asked to come to her car. She asked me to stand in a parking spot as she brought the car around which was already unprofessional. At that point, a man drove up and wanted to park in the spot that she had me hold. The man was clearly angry with me for trying to hold a parking spot for Ms. Foley and continued to berate me. Finally Ms. Foley arrived with her car with her arms in the air angry with me saying "what are you doing, I told you to save the spot." She put me in an awkward position and while the man was a jerk, she was completely unprofessional to make me do this. She didn't even apologize in the end. I would be very cautious about using A 1 Fingerprinting Plus. Ms. Foley input my information incorrectly and as a result, my fingerprints were delayed in getting to where they were supposed to go. This was verified by the DOJ Technician who ran the info for me using the ORI and ATI numbers. Here's what the DOJ emailed me: Good morning Ms. D, I was able to pull up both ATI numbers below and the first time you went to A-1 Fingerprinting Plus, the live scan operator did enter the wrong ORI#. Fortunately, and with good business practice, they saw their error and recompleted your prints complimentary which was entered correctly using the correct ORI number for CAUDSANTA BARB SCH DIST (AB035). I used Janie's services 3 times in the last 3 years and I have been very happy with her services. The first time I called her she came to my place of business and performed LiveScan Fingerprinting. She was on time and very proffesional. The second time I needed her services was on a Saturday during 3 day weekend. Not only did she take my call (when no one else was answering their phones) but she agreed to schedule me in that same day again for some fingerprints that my employer was requesting. Today, I called her at 6:30 pm and she was again able to schedule me in on short notice. Her prices are reasonable and she is very curteous.
