The staff are extremely friendly and professional, and the office is very clean and modern. The shopping center can be packed but there is convenient rooftop parking. I came to their office as an emergency appointment because my fixed retainer broke on the bottom and the loose wire was driving me crazy! The staff was able to squeeze me in to see Dr. Diana and she took the time to explain the process to me and what the next steps would be. She was very sweet and went above and beyond when it came down to fitting me with a new retainer when I still had deep cleaning to do (as the cleanings could potentially affect how the retainer would fit on my teeth). The new retainer was done within two days, which was a huge relief as I was concerned about my teeth shifting again. I never waited longer than a few minutes in the waiting room during the multiple visits I had, and the staff was great in getting everything through my insurance. They then rescheduled me for two months later. A week before that appointment, I received a text asking me to confirm a Tuesday appointment, even though I had been scheduled for Monday. Since the office was closed, I left a voicemail on Friday. When I still hadn't received a response by Monday morning, I called. That's when I was told my hygienist only works Tuesdays and Thursdays. My question is why was I scheduled on a Monday in the first place if the hygienist doesn't work that day? At no point was I notified that my appointment had been changed. I only found out because I received a confirmation text the week before. As a result, I have now lost two days of work and pay, and I'm still behind on my dental cleaning. By the time I find a new dentist and get established, it will likely be close to a year since my last cleaning and require even more time off work. The clinical staff has always been wonderful, but the scheduling process has been disorganized and has cost me both time and money.

They even tried to make me pay $135 by lowering the price of an X-ray they didn't perform from $70 to $35. What a joke! It used to be a nice office, but when Dr. Rosenberg sold the business, it became a place where patients forced to pay for fillings and other procedures that were completely unnecessary.
