DO NOT USE! Absolutely terrible experience working with this shop. His communication via text and…read morecalls was non-existent, continually lied about the work, and was never in the office. I dropped off a leather cover to a truck seat to get two tears fixed in September of 2021. 7 months later and hundreds of phone calls and text messages I finally got my seat cover back, but only after threatening to hire a legal team and file a civil lawsuit. It was at that point that he said he'd leave it wrapped in plastic outside his shop for me to pick up. He did complete the work, but I was forced to do the install on my own. Again, this guy is totally incompetent and won't communicate at all! He lied about having the project done multiple times, and then said he couldn't meet due to working on another project at a local steakhouse. I know the manager of the steakhouse and asked if he was there so I could speak with him. The manager informed me this guy had finished the worked and picked up his check several days ago, thus I caught him in another lie. I was not the only individual with these issues, as I met another who had dropped of his leather chairs 6 months ago. He has also hired a lawyer and will be filing a civil suit in the small claylike court. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

The materials are of the highest quality and the workmanship is superb. For all they did, I feel the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!
