However, there were quite a few buckets placed here & there on counters & the floor. We were helped by James, who greeted us soon after we entered. He was knowledgeable, talked of other customer experiences for reference, gave his opinion, discussed different scenarios to consider, & spoke with candor. We felt comfortable to take our time to look around. Information would be provided & then we'd be given space to discuss on our own. It never felt pushy or judgmental. The Cafe model we wanted wasn't physically there to see, but we were shown other Cafe & GE models, & had the similarities & differences explained to know what the features were on the one we'd be purchasing. The ordering experience at James's desk was comfortable. We sat on bar seats with a large screen to view on our side that mirrored the computer screen that James worked on. He was very thorough & double-checked everything with us. He was also conversational & humorous during the process. We opted to go with the pro installation team that could handle any possible snafus that could come up (like cabinetry measurements being off) versus a basic install that would only involve taking out the old & putting in the new. There was an initial scheduling issue with the installation. It got mitigated, but resulted in a delay of an hour from our original time slot. The installers were respectful & efficient. They informed us of a small issue & consulted on how it could be resolved. We are satisfied customers.

He was knowledgeable and friendly, better yet, honest. He verified the refrigerator wasn't working. Nate opened up the back, checked the connections and wires, and let me know my compressor wasn't working. If it was the starter's issue, the job would cost about 300 total, if it was a bad compressor, I was better off buying a new refrigerator. After checking the old starter, a new starter was pressed into place and tried. Lucky for me, the new starter worked! The new part was wired in, and Nate pushed the fridge back into place. He showed me how to access the coils and explained how to clean them safely. I am relieved and better educated on how to care for my fridge, with a 90 day warrenty on parts and labor. It's so good to find a trustworthy local company.
