He auctioned off my unit but the buyer hadn't picked it up yet so Alex told me I could pay for it and keep my unit. Upon arriving to pay Alex, the person who bought my unit was loading my things onto a trailer and was a very pleasant person. After I found Alex, he tried telling me that he can't let me have my things because he was wrong telling me I could pay and keep my unit. Alex came screaming at me while I was talking to the person who purchased my unit as if he was the police. This place is NOT a place to use and not the 1st issue we've had with Sturgis Storage but the 2nd. Alex needs to be fired and reprimanded for his behavior. Alex does NOT know what he is doing!! This is the worst storage place ever.. The 1st time we used Sturgis Storage in 2015, the unit door suddenly slammed down with 4 ppl in it and the youngest one stuck in the unit was 11 yrs old and almost hit by the run down units door. Places like these are dangerous and have idiots running them

I've never gotten such good service anywhere else, I cannot say enough good things about them! I got stuck with a camper I did not know anything after my divorce (wife picked it out, but we still owed on the loan and I had to take it in our divorce negotiations.) I pulled that thing into Cloverleaf at least 3 times over the last year, when I had some question, or I found some damage. I was very low on money, at the end of my rope, and these guys came through for me again and again. They found a bunch of problems, answered all my questions, even did several simple repairs, and they didn't ever send me a bill. They just wanted to help me and build customer loyalty. After dealing with them, I made my parents promise that if they ever bought an RV they'd get it from Cloverleaf. I wish I could do more for them! They know what they're doing, and they were on my side. I am really stunned to see some negative reviews on here. That was not my experience at all. I frankly don't believe them.

The second was a trailer and quad runner I bought a couple weeks earlier. Funny in both situations there was not good security video. In this day. I find it very difficult to believe.
