I even had to get all my X-rays done. Which can be very uncomfortable. She moved fast to get all 18 done. I told her it felt like 14. lol She was efficient and had a great positive attitude. Most times it was hard to get her to even go back to the dentist because she just didn't want to be in that pain. She understood there would be some pain but not to the extent she was in. She would say I think they drilled or did something too hard. The pieces of the braces often fell off in her mouth. She was careful about what she ate like gum, candy and other foods that could damage the braces but these things still occured. My older child had gotten braces from a place in Lynchburg, VA and never had any of the problems with their braces that my other child ended up having. It's up to you where you go but just do your research and make sure this is the right place for you because even with good customer service we sometimes overlook the real service we should be getting.
