The grout was defective or mixed incorrectly. The grout could not be cleaned and started falling out after a few months. I tried working with Chris for weeks and weeks without any success hoping he would review and recommend a fix and take care or the issue. ( likely just redoing the grout) Chris and Quality floors were not professional enough to even stop by to inspect the problem. I strongly recommend using a different company. They are great during the selling process . Unfortunately they do not back the products they sell or warranty the workmanship when something goes wrong Peter F

They called and cancelled my appointment at 5:40pm the same day. I drove over 100 miles to be there available, early and on-time. I found ERIE HOME SOLUTIONS to be painfully unprofessional and ignorant. I would not hire them to walk my dog let alone install a new roof on my home. Since this company is not even polite enough to give me more than 20 minutes notice, I intend to post this review on other review sites SO THAT OTHER PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE THEIR TIME WASTED!!!

More importantly, the contractor they hired to do the installation did a really fantastic job (and was professional and courteous). It looks great and the windows (we went with vinyl replacement) are very nice quality. In fact, we were so impressed, we're already planning to hire Loranger to replace more windows this fall. Only drawback: During the period between quote and ordering, I found communication to be a little poor between sales rep, contractor and me. I felt like I was begging them to take my money and order the product! Once windows were ordered, however, everything was right on schedule and budget as promised.

When I did get someone on the phone, I asked them to print out our order so I could see what we had and the quantities, and was told "We don't have that". What does that mean exactly? The response I got was "It's just on scratch". What's "scratch"?? He replied, "It's somewhere on my scratch pad". Wow. So that pretty much summed it up. We decided to take our business elsewhere, to a company that takes their customers and their projects seriously. This place is a joke.

My storage location is a 5 minute drive from their store in Biddeford. It took the employee 5-10 minutes to remove the old lock. The service fee was $125 and I think it to be excessive. Comparable fees quoted online in Biddeford range $50-$95. I'm pleased with the service and the result but think the charge was excessive.
