On the recommendation of a local landscaper who came to help me with a different issue, I called…read moregutter Pro to get an estimate. Very polite gentleman, I assumed to be the owner, came and we spoke at length. Our house is ranch style which makes gutters and exceptionally simple matter of installation. The price for materials was reasonable, though I'm sure there were other options available. We simply wanted basic gutters that would go well with the house, instead of the more colorful or elaborate options. The nature of our house allowed the job to be quite quick, under 3 hours, and the people who came to install them or polite and respectful of the property. They made a point of asking if they could use the lawn to lay out materials so they could make the appropriate cuts and measurements. All said and done I think it was well worth the cost and a worthwhile investment since most people fail to realize how much water comes off of a roof and can create muddy situations on their lawn and surrounding property.

There were cobwebs on the ceiling, dust on light fixtures, dust on the moldings and around window frames. As an owner of an apartment building, I need apartments cleaned when tenants move out. Last week I…read morecontacted Sparking Clean for the first time. The apartment was being painted and needed a good scrubbing by Saturday of that week. Right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands. Caitlin, the business manager has a great phone presence and said she would see what she could do. She called back to say that 2 people could do the job on Friday afternoon. We went through the details of what needed attention and she told me to call her if anything was not up to my standard. When I inspected it on Sunday, the shower doors were sparkling and everything was really nice. I did feel the kitchen floor could have been better. When I called Caitlin she said the cleaners ran out of time (had to get to another job) and that she would personally go and re-do the kitchen floor. What a difference! It's obvious that she scrubbed it - the tiles and grout are now really clean. I can't say enough about this company. They truly live up to the name "Sparkling Clean"! I'll definitely be using their services again.
