I can't even leave my own apartment without becoming seriously sick, that's how bad this is. Plus none of the cleaning crew wears gloves or masks, despite what the website says. I think this has to be one of the most untrustworthy and dangerous companies I've ever worked with, they say one thing on the website and in reality they put people's health at risk.

As an owner of an apartment building, I need apartments cleaned when tenants move out. Last week I…read morecontacted Sparking Clean for the first time. The apartment was being painted and needed a good scrubbing by Saturday of that week. Right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands. Caitlin, the business manager has a great phone presence and said she would see what she could do. She called back to say that 2 people could do the job on Friday afternoon. We went through the details of what needed attention and she told me to call her if anything was not up to my standard. When I inspected it on Sunday, the shower doors were sparkling and everything was really nice. I did feel the kitchen floor could have been better. When I called Caitlin she said the cleaners ran out of time (had to get to another job) and that she would personally go and re-do the kitchen floor. What a difference! It's obvious that she scrubbed it - the tiles and grout are now really clean. I can't say enough about this company. They truly live up to the name "Sparkling Clean"! I'll definitely be using their services again.

There were cobwebs on the ceiling, dust on light fixtures, dust on the moldings and around window frames. Do not recommend.

We always swept, we Swiftered, we cleaned counters, but we never got to all the nitty, gritty corners of rooms and bathrooms, dust on moldings, moving furniture every week to get under it, etc. and that builds up fast. After she was done with the place, it honestly looked way better than when we first moved in 3 years before. After that, we realized that obviously our level of upkeep was not cutting it. We now have Christina/Wall2Wall coming by once a month and it's unreal how clean she leaves the place. Every room is organized, cleaned, mopped, and sparkling. But on top of that, it's like an adventure finding all the other things she's cleaned that I never would have even thought of. The damn toaster oven is spotless!! I can't talk about price because as the cheap one, my GF refuses to tell me what it costs but she also tells me it's cheaper than most competitors. I will say I've seen the half-ass work of some larger companies and this is another level. I feel like we're giving up a secret letting others know about it, but if you're in need of a one-time clean-out or a regular check-ins, we would highly recommend (just don't book her up too much that we can't get an appointment!).
