So.... One of A+ tutors randomly reached out to me and told me that they would like me to give them another chance and they will give me a couple free hours. So since this time I needed help with my son AND 2 step-kids, I thought I would give them a try. The new schedule that I need is very confusing and involved. It is on 2 separate days per week and at 2 separate locations. Sometimes here and sometimes there, in other words. I was already having a little problem getting the current tutor on the same page, so I was worried about giving A+ another try. But I am SO glad I did! Not only did Roman tell me that they really took my review to heart, but they also made changes accordingly so the communication would be much better and it is! My confusing schedule with multiple locations is handled very well so far. And the kids are praising the tutors and actually thanking me for getting the help they needed so badly. Imagine that... My son switched school 3 weeks into 10th grade this year and WOW what a challenge it was for him! He excels in math and got an A in Algebra II in 9th grade but never learned trigonometry. At his new school he was placed in Honors Pre Calc, but at this school they teach trig in Algebra II. Yikes!
