As the saying goes..."This wasn't my first rodeo!" Been there, tried that...tutors, online platforms, math centers (all of them)...you get the point! This is a rare jewel in education! Caring, professional staff headed by Roman, the Educational Director/owner. If you love dealing with people that believe in what they do, when customer service and education are a matter of priority, then you will appreciate what this center has to offer. Thank you to Melanie and Roman! read more

I love this company. They have worked with two of my children over several years. They are very good at matching you up with the right tutor, even if that means switching. read more

My girls had done so well at their math class until they started the geometry this year. Roman came to our house and met our girls. He was very professional and know what girls need right away. We got April to be the girls' tutor and they asked her a lot of questions for the 1st and 2nd sessions. Their tests have improved a lot. They not only understand the subjects a lot also their tests have improved a lot. I can see they have confidence and enjoy geometry. I highly recommend this tutoring place. read more

Did not help me with any of the problems I had with my class and kept reprimanding me! Very rude and was no help at all! I'm very disappointed and annoyed at the service this company has treated me with! Absolutely disgraceful! read more

I first contacted A++Tutoring several months ago as our teen was failing senior English class. Roman was thoughtful and asked many in depth intelligent questions to fully understand the situation. He then paired us with a very capable, professional and passionate tutor Natalie. The proof however is the turnaround from failing grade to an A+ on our students final exam from a teacher that is a very tough grader. Jaleesa in the office has been very flexible and communicative. She even helped us book a last minute substitute when we had a schedule change who was also fantastic. Our student has recieved the support needed to get way better grades and also got the tools needed to put thoughts on the page independently. We are very grateful. read more

My son started 1st grade at a magnet school this year. Since kindergarten was mostly online we soon found that his reading level was not where it was supposed to be. First reaction was that we were terrible parents. Second was to get him to where he was supposed to be. I called around to a lot of different tutoring companies. Roman at A+ really came through. He listened to our issues and got us an amazing tutor Emily. I'm simply amazed at the progress my little one has made. I recommend A+ to any parent that asks. They really came through for us and my kid has so much more confidence and fun at school now! read more

Would highly recommended A+ tutoring! We called them because my daughter was starting Kindergarten this year and she is an English learner. It was amazing that they would come to our house so I could do other stuff while she was with an awesome tutor. My daughter couldn't wait for her to come! She would come with all the materials and supplies so I didn't have to get anything. My daughter started school already and feels very confident at school. I hear only positive feedbacks from her teacher. So big thanks to Christa and Roman for helping my daughter to start her new journey! Besides that Roman guided me through high school issues I had with my son. We are very happy with the decision we made and kept my son in his current school! If you are looking for a tutor for your kids and want them to be in good hands you know where to call Thanks again A+! read more

We had a great experience with A+ Tutoring. My son was getting ready for entrance exam to Science Academy and he confidentially passed the exam. He was definitely over-prepared with tons of information. Tutors are professional, always on time, feedback after each class. And the most important- my son was looking forward to each class! i would recommend 100% to my friends! read more

So.... One of A+ tutors randomly reached out to me and told me that they would like me to give them another chance and they will give me a couple free hours. So since this time I needed help with my son AND 2 step-kids, I thought I would give them a try. The new schedule that I need is very confusing and involved. It is on 2 separate days per week and at 2 separate locations. Sometimes here and sometimes there, in other words. I was already having a little problem getting the current tutor on the same page, so I was worried about giving A+ another try. But I am SO glad I did! Not only did Roman tell me that they really took my review to heart, but they also made changes accordingly so the communication would be much better and it is! My confusing schedule with multiple locations is handled very well so far. And the kids are praising the tutors and actually thanking me for getting the help they needed so badly. Imagine that... Grateful teenagers :-P Thank you A+ for allowing me to give you a second chance and living up to my expectations! read more

My son needed help with his math class. He was very lost with everything and after just a few weeks of tutoring, he ended up enjoying math more, caught up with all his work, and learned a lot. Will definitely come back to get the extra boost of help. read more

Kathie at A+ Math Tutoring has been the perfect fit for my twin teenage girls who attend different high schools. We saw immediate improvement in their test scores, and more importantly their confidence in the material they are learning has been continuing to build. Kathie is very flexible with her schedule and often will accommodate a last minute request for help. She has a clear way of teaching and makes sure to go over the material many times through examples. We feel very lucky to have found such a caring and reliable person! read more

I have been using A+ Tutoring for over 4 years now and they are simply the best! I have twins in 10th grade and often we call for a tutor last minute, as needed to prep for an AP exam or a final, and Roman and his crew ALWAYS find someone within a few hours for us. I have recommended them to many of my friends and they have all had wonderful experiences with them. They will always be my go-to tutoring company. Needless to say, I highly recommend them. read more

Great tutoring! Thank you! Highly recommend it! Roman is quick to respond. Michelle was great.

I called them to learn more about them and speak to them about their program. It was RIDICULOUS and absolutely over priced. It's $115 an hour. It's doesn't matter what level of education they are tutoring. That's taken advantage of the average person just wanting to do better for their child. Terrible people in this world. read more

I began struggling in math my junior year of high school and decided that maybe getting a tutor would help. My parents helped me find a few tutoring agencies and we came across this one. Since then I have been doing much better in math than I previously was. I am currently in AP Calculus BC, and my current tutor, Christina, has been an amazing help and I have been able to keep up in my class without having to just skip over concepts I don't understand. 10/10 would recommend :) read more

Great team that work together to meet your needs. Very satisfied with the service provided.

This great service run by Roman and colleagues has gotten my son (and me) through some pretty advanced coursework in highly gifted academy and magnet programs - and I'm sure we will be calling Roman for my second son. Local school discounts are also available, I believe! A+ has this uncanny ability to find just the right tutor for your son or daughter and is staffed with smart, amiable people. They also give free practice and diagnostic tests. I'd give them an A Plus!! read more

I was always skeptical about tutors but A+ always provides really great tutors. So far we have had a tutor for our elementary and high school level kids and they both love them and I can see them learning. Our older son struggled with AP English and his tutor worked with him less than a month before the exam and he got a 5! Prices are really competitive and the credentials of the tutors are impressive. We recommend A+ to all of our friends!! read more

We are incredibly impressed with A Plus, and recommend them highly! From my first conversation with Roman, I knew that there was great attention to detail and a true passion to help my children find amazing tutors. We have 3 different tutors and we adore all three, in fact, one of them originally worked with both of my girls, and after the first session the tutor and I both recognized that my younger daughter needed someone who worked a bit differently and Roman immediately found us an amazing replacement. We truly appreciate how dedicated they were in recognizing my children's specific needs. Our tutors are knowledgeable, patient, engaging, fun, and kind. They are all retired teachers and it's obvious that they love kids and love teaching! read more

My son was struggling with the pace of his 6th grade magnet schedule so we hired a tutor from A+ and I'm so happy we did. His tutor was attentive and really took time to explain things to him where he understood it. A+ Tutoring and it's owner Roman provide excellent service to kids from elementary school through college. We have used A+ for our high school pet and our college student. Reasonable prices, prompt responses to your questions and excellent results! read more

A+ Tutoring is wonderful! April has been working with my daughter for quite some time now, on a weekly basis. My daughter looks forward to her lessons and finds them very beneficial for her high school Geometry class. With my daughter's busy schedule, having her tutor come to our home each week has been so convenient. Thanks A+ for being flexible, consistent and a pleasure to work with. read more

We have been using A+ Tutoring for a couple of years now. They have been tutoring my son in a couple of subjects he'd been struggling with. He's currently in Algebra Honors 2 and at the beginning of the fall semester he had an F. He was really struggling - after a few sessions with various tutors from A+ he finished the semester with a B. He is currently holding a strong A in that class this semester. I strongly recommend A+ - they deliver. Happy dad! read more

We have used A+ Tutoring for my son who is a junior in high school. Can I just start by saying that his Math and Chemistry grades improved by 50% almost immediately . I really liked seeing results right away. The beauty of his current tutor is that he does math, chem and SAT, this provides a tremendous flexibility for utilizing the time efficiently - if he has nothing to cover in math or chemistry, they do SAT prep. I know that A+ had many tutors who are multi - subject - very convenient! I like the professional approach of everybody I have interacted with: very knowledgeable , punctual , detail-oriented , and really caring about the kids' success. I would highly recommend A+ for all your tutoring needs. read more

I don't often write reviews so please excuse my brevity. I'm writing this on behalf of my niece who is a high school junior gearing up to apply for local, state, and out-of-state colleges. My sister called A+ to see if there were services available to help her daughter but was given the go-around and was promised that the owner would call her back. Unfortunately, this was not the case and she is still waiting for a call back. At this point, they've asked other high school parents for recommendations. read more

My son switched school 3 weeks into 10th grade this year and WOW what a challenge it was for him! He excels in math and got an A in Algebra II in 9th grade but never learned trigonometry. At his new school he was placed in Honors Pre Calc, but at this school they teach trig in Algebra II. Yikes! This is the first time he's ever needed a tutor and on a friend's recommendation I called Roman the owner of A+ Tutoring. He scheduled Lloyd to come to our home the following week. My son went from failing the class to a B and doesn't seemed concerned about his upcoming final at all. I even got an email from his math teacher a couple weeks ago saying how impressed he is with my son and how far he's come in such a short time. At this rate he's on target to be in AP Calculus in his senior year. Thank you, thank you, thank you Lloyd & Roman! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Roman and his team! My 7-year old son needed a bit of confidence building and Brittney was able to do just that and more! She encouraged him, motivated him, taught him tips and tricks to get through challenging math problems or even reading and writing frequent mistakes. My son has all the necessary tools now to finish off 1st grade and walk into 2nd with his head held high! Thank you so so so much Brittney! Highly recommend! read more

RAQUEL IS THE BEST TUTOR! I am so sad that she will be leaving soon. She has had such a positive impact in my life for the past year. I have learned so much with her it's not even funny! NO TUTOR WILL EVER, EVER BE ABLE TO REPLACE HER! EVER! I have grown and learned so much from her, and I'm sorry to all those other families at a plus tutoring who haven't had the pleasure, of her being able to tutor their child. Look she even made flash cards! Because of Raquel I give it four stars! read more
