Our experience with A+ has been very helpful to our daughter. She is working with an English tutor who has been wonderful. My daughter's has improved greatly in this area and now has confidence in her writing as well as editing her work. We reached out to Roman and A+ after our son took his first ACT test. He did fair but we all felt that he could improve upon his score with the right tutoring company. Luckily we found A+. We started with A+ last August, my son he took the practice test for ACT and then the practice test for SAT. Once we had the results of both, we sat down with Roman, who analyzed the results in terms of which test to practice for. He gave good reasons based on my son's science portion of ACT why we should focus on SAT. I liked how he spelled out a complete plan of what to focus on and how much studying my son needed to do each week. Additionally, I got a weekly update of how much he practiced each week and when it seemed low, instead of my being the heavy, I would bring him in to meet with Roman who would go over the importance of the practices. I like that the tutors came to our home (not having to drive my child somewhere was a huge plus for me) and they worked around his very busy schedule. The tutor would come 8:30-9:30 PM. We focused specifically on math as that was what he was showing a need in, but we did use an English tutor one time and she was equally great. I loved the opportunity for the monthly practice tests. I think they did a great job of taking the anxiety out of the testing experience. These practice tests are free too! I highly recommend this program and the time with the tutors was definitely worth it! read more

My son started middle school this year so we decided to go ahead and get a tutor mainly for math because it's the subject he struggles with the most. Great, super organized tutoring. My 5 year old daughter was almost reading before COVID hit. Then her school went remote and all the progress was lost!
