Tim Mencel, the owner, is very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. We had to move the appointment around which could have been frustrating, however, he was a very fast communicator and very flexible during the scheduling process. He showed up right on time, got to work right away & had our issue fixed within two hours. Our RV air-conditioning unit needed a few parts which he had, and we are up and running again, with the air blowing super cold!! He sent pictures throughout the process and described the issues which helped us understand the problem and what he was doing to get fix it! It was really great that he had the parts on his truck!
