My birthday was March 17th. Someone named Tanisha left a voicemail message on my cell at 2:52pm,…read moreindicating that Carithers Flowers left a bouquet for me on the front porch at 1:17pm. I opened the door and found the bouquet on the ground with no card attached. I was clueless of who sent it and wondered why Tanisha left my flowers outside for almost 2 hours before calling me about the delivery. After sending a photo of the flowers to several family members and friends, my daughter responded in a text that the bouquet was sent from her and mentioned that she also purchased a card and balloon that was missing. She contacted Carithers Flowers to inquire and someone at the flower shop told her that a card was stuck between the flowers and I should take a closer look. I sent her a video as I searched through the flowers but there was definitely no card. So I went outside to look around and would you believe there was a DEFLATED "Happy Birthday" balloon lying on the concrete in a corner attached to a paper card with a sweet message from my daughter. She was very excited and trusted Carithers Flowers to brighten my day. Instead........her gift was ruined. Flowers brighten the day but performance matters overall. A jacked up delivery like this doesn't constitute a flower shop as being voted "BEST" of anything. Kudos to the customers with a good experience from Carithers Flowers. But my overall review is 2 stars and a thumbs down as a result from mine.

I waited a long time to get any kind of help on selection & pricing. The lady that helped me didn't seem like she wanted to help at all (maybe it was just a busy day). I had to ask several times for assistance and to have my inquiries addressed

Felt like no one wanted to help us from the moment we drove up... we got nothing but dirty looks…read more We arrived 10am on a Saturday with hopes of find some rose bushes, magnolia trees , among many other plants .. debit card in hand and ready to spend as a treat to ourselves for such a long work week.. however this visit was very disappointing and made us feel as if they did not want to do business with us or that we were just bothering them. The woman who we asked prices had no clue on any pricing and when we asked about magnolia trees we saw she said those were not for sale they were ordered for a coworker so we asked her if we could order 20 of them she said she had no idea and would ask her mother ... her mother was too busy to help us so her brother came over and we told him we would like to find out how to order 20 trees or som bushes and he basically had the same cluelessness on pricing and told us he was unsure about pretty much everything we asked about today... needless to say we left today feeling like we were unwanted there and no one wanted to be bothered or help us with our landscaping needs. The one star is basically because they had cute dogs running around otherwise it would be 0 stars

He made my boyfriend give him a picture of his ID and his social security card to pay for the flowers over the phone. After my boyfriend asked what time they would be delivered to me they man on the phone screamed that he would have to come in to sign the receipt. My boyfriend was ordering the flowers from out of town for me so he wasn't able to come to the shop. I went into the shop myself and was greeted by a screaming old man. We paid $500 for the flowers card charged and everything. Never received any flower despite going into the shop myself to pick them up. Added a photo of the racist old man who screamed at me on my birthday. Literally stole $500 from us.

Ok while I'm sitting outside the gate two other cars pull up, she went and open the gate for them and they drove in and got out there cars and started doing there looking for plants. So I took my money elsewhere because I felt like some hidden prejudice was in play. Well I am well known to buy up plants and I will not deal with this place again, trust me on that. I will take my money where it appreciated. I guess Muslim money doesn't work. So if your the right color or race I guess you can shop away. I wouldn't shop at this place if it was the only shop in the city, I would order online before I go back to this business. And I had to give a star, if up to me it would be no stars.
