I hired for a regular home cleaning. The first time was supposed to be "deep clean" but it wasn…read more They came back out to correct which was great. But then they kept canceling the regularly-scheduled appointments one day prior. This happened twice in a row. While I was able to reschedule the first one, they couldn't get me in for another week (ew). The second time it happened, they didn't offer any concessions so I just canceled the service altogether. The excuse they gave both times was that they didn't have someone available. If you don't have someone available at a certain timeslot, don't set it up for that.
