They came…read moreout, had it "soft" washed and cleaned the windows in less than 3 hours and we really appreciate their approach. They do not walk on the roofs, so no damage can be done. They use a drone to assist and will even come back, if necessary, to ensure the algae all died. It takes a couple weeks to die completely, but then it is gone for 10 years! What an awesome company and what a great place to do business with so many homes needing their roofs cleared of the growth. It is a very nice couple who own the company and oversee everything. Like the expensive guys, Clear Tech uses filtered water for a really nice, no drip or streak clean with no squeegeeing necessary. Nathan was very nice to deal with and came on time. He did a thorough job, removing screens and cleaning tracks like a good window cleaner should. He was very efficient and took less time than those I've hired in the past. I opted just for the exteriors to be cleaned, interiors are an option for an upcharge but not always needed. The price was affordable and reasonable. I used the feature in Yelp to have multiple businesses bid on my job of cleaning the windows to my…read morehouse.  Despite his lack of reviews, I decided to go with Brandon Smith of Clear Shine Window Cleaning; Brandon presented professionally and friendly through your communications.  Although he was not the cheapest bid I received, I decided to give him my business in my support of small, local businesses and veterans---I know firsthand how difficult transitioning back into civilian life can be. Brandon came over at the agreed upon time and on his recommendation, I added on the service of power washing specific areas of the exterior of the house.  I paid him the agreed upon amount and he left.  That night, as I was closing up the house, I realized one of the windows had been cracked.  I texted Brandon and he agreed to come out the next day.  The next day, he came over to inspect the window and took responsibility for what had happened.  He said he would consult with his insurance on how best to proceed and get back to me.  That week, he returned to take measurements of the window.  This was in early May 2020. By early June 2020, he said a professional window company was coming to install a new window only they didn't---they only took measurements.  I gave it a few more weeks and followed up multiple times with Brandon beginning in July 2020; all my attempts to contact him were ignored.  At a loss, I involved the owner of the house who was able to contact Brandon who then blamed the cracked window on my son. I am deeply appalled by the moral and ethics demonstrated by this company, specifically Brandon.  He even went so far as to come into my home, sit at my kitchen table for a chat while I homeschooled my two young children.  Given his blatant lack of character, I count myself and my kids fortunate that a broken window was the only damage he incited that day.  I held off writing this review in hopes that Brandon would resolve this issue but he has not.
