This guy Mo took our $27,000 ripped apart our kitchen then picked a fight with my wife about floor…read morecolors, and put his foot down on what color we had to use and would not let us change color the same day we picked it. Mo refused to call or text my wife back. Mohommad then attempted to mark up the cabinets 70% and tricked us into letting him dump the cabinets on us without inspection. The cabinets were in fact in flat boxes and RTA (Ready to Assemble) and not ready to be installed or disclosed as cheap RTA cabinets until his driver tricked us by buying the cabinets at like $5000 or $6000 and then dropping them off for "inspection" and saying they were custom cabinets worth over $16,000 without improving assembling them in any way, insisting they were custom built when in fact they were simply colored cabinets boards in a box. He refused to refund any money and left 5-10 exposed electrical wires hanging out of our wall to try to put pressure on finishing the project for the price he wanted for a customer cabinet kitchen. Marking up cabinets by close to 200% is a scam when trying to pass off RTA cabinets as custom built when simply let in the Indonesian Manfacturers unbranded cheap boxes. We are entering our lawsuit in the next week. If you look at Orange County Lawuits in the past few year you will see where Mo/Galaxy did the same thing to another customer. Well this one isn't Small claims court and we will insist on legal fees.

I'm putting this out to anyone who is thinking of getting Dreamcrete to do any job for them. This…read morecompany does not stand by their work or their employees that come out and do the job. I don't think I've ever hired anyone to do any kind of a job that would not come back out and fix their mistakes. I had Dreamcrete come out to my house to give me a bid for a stamped concrete driveway. A gentleman came out and was very thorough. When I asked him about removing the entire driveway, he was adamant that it didn't need to be done. He said our concrete had been there for a while and was done settling and there would be no need for that. I've worked with concrete in New Jersey in the past and I know it does crack, but he assured me that they cut into the cracks in the existing concrete and seal them. He also stated that because we don't get the cold weather here and the bonding used, it would not crack the stamping, He said they would be able to go right over the existing driveway. I reiterated about the cracking, considering they only put a 3/8 inch thin set over top of the concrete and that I was afraid it wasn't strong enough to hold the weight of vehicles, but again he assured me that it will not crack. He told me they've done this type of job before, including for Disney. Once they completed the job, it looked extremely nice. But, they put the expansion joint in the wrong place and had to come back and chip up the right side and redo it and re-cut the expansion joint.  While they were there, I showed them some of the cracks that were already coming through, which was only 5-6 months after the job was completed. They said they would reach out to their boss and get back to me. Once they left, I never heard back from them. A month later, I started seeing a lot more cracks, so I called them again. They sent someone out to look at it. He noticed how bad it looked and understood why I was upset and took pictures to send them to the boss. The boss said concrete is going to crack. I told him about the conversation I had with the estimator about him assuring me that it would not crack. His answer was that he no longer worked with the company. He continued by saying if I wanted it to be fixed, they could redo the entire driveway, but that I would have to pay them to redo the job. At that point, I already paid them almost $20,000. Since then, I've noticed the last few months that the stamping is now peeling away from the existing driveway and every time I blow off my lawn, I'm finding more and more pieces that are separating. I have emails pictures to prove everything. They took close to 30,000 with no results. My cabinets arrive in November and I still have not had a full installation. The paint job is very shitty as well. Owner takes no responsibility. she doesn't care. So before you order, please remember this comment.
