He refused to help me deal with a difficult situation and told me he was done talking to me, because he didn't know what to do. Rather than simply say "I don't know, let me find out", he acted like there was something wrong with me. It was so terrible and infuriating. I will never step foot in that location again, even though the other staff have been fine and it's close to my home.

(Pre-2/19/2020 with COVID-19)…read more Mid afternoon one day, I decided that pop into T-Mobile to ask a few questions about how to use their service during my upcoming international travel. They weren't crazy busy, so they had time to spend on me. How can I use my plan's included International service without getting charged for phone calls? How do I make sure any call I make while I am out there is using wifi calling? Is there a way to shut down the mobile service for calling? The lady suggested that i could turn on airplane mode when I have wifi before trying to make a wifi call. The fellow told me that I would have unlimited data and texting, but noted that as long as I didn't pick up a call or place one while I am out there, then I wouldn't be charged for a call. But at least it would only be 25 cents a minute for calls while I'm out of the country. Online searches turned up tips such as turning off Roaming (connection to data services) to turn off cellular data completely when you're out of the country. "If you choose this option, you'll still be able to get phone calls and texts whenever you're logged into a Wi-Fi network or hotspot. But your phone will not send or receive data on networks such as 3G, 4G, or LTE." However, I suspect that would basically kill the T-Mobile International benefit and would be a better idea for those on other plans/services. To minimize data use: Go to phone Settings - go to Accounts & sync - click to turn off Auto-Sync. I want to lead off by saying that I was helped by Victor M. today…read more If the interaction that I had with Victor today was recorded it could be used as training for perfect customer service for every retail employee in all spaces. I was 90% sure of what I wanted going into the store Victor helped me figure out that last 10% with ease and comfort. I haven't upgraded my phone in 6 years, so things have changed since the last time. There was no attempt at unnecessary up-selling for the sake of a few extra dollars, he just helped me pick out the best phone and price for me. He immediately gained a great rapport with me and understood who I was as a customer. What I mean by that is I hate being "sold" on things. Victor, of course asked me about adding accessories to my phone upgrade, I would not expect anything less, but the store doesn't carry the brands that I like for a new case and new charger so he did not try and push anything additional on me. Because of the location of this store, it doesn't get a lot of traffic. If you need someone to take some time to help you out with a new phone or an upgrade this is the place to do it. The bigger stores that handle more traffic are going to be more inclined to turn over customers rather than spend time on customer service.

Such terrible customer service from BOBBY!!!…read more I have been a long time customer, 18 years to be exact. I was sick of paying all this money for upgrades on phones 3-5 years after I had paid off a phone. I walked into this store on my lunch break to be told by an outside security company that I couldn't go in too many people were inside (10 people) I went back almost 2 hours later where there wasn't a single soul in the store. When I walked in Bobby was balls deep into his personal phone and don't you dare disrupt him. I explained to him I was a long standing customer and wouldn't like to upgrade my phone wihtout having to pay and arm and leg and was considering going to a new comapny. he laughed in my face and told me a new company would screw me over, little did he know i did m research and went ot multip,e providers before going to the one i've been at so long. He told me they were lying to me adn that there was nothing they would do for me. He didn't ask me my name, my account number just told me there was nothing he could do. He must have really had an important message to attend to not care that his company was losing a company. Last I thought someone who was with a company for 18 years would be treated like they would do anything not to lose them. But this was proof big companies DO NOT CARE. Thanks to Bobby I got a new phone and a new plan with Verizon!

Initially, the repair took quite a long time as the shop's replacement parts were also faulty and additional parts had to be brought from another store. The repair took about 2 hours. Unfortunately, the work done by CPR lasted only 3 months. I had to pay another few hundred dollars to have their faulty screen part replaced on Sept. 2nd by another repair service. This service informed me that certain sensors and the waterproof seal had not been properly reconnected during the repair that CPR completed. Not only did CPR take an exorbitant amount of time and money to repair my phone, they also cut corners and used shoddy equipment resulting in more money out of pocket for me to once again repair the poor work completed. Would not recommend.

But about $950 if I paid for the cheapest service plan for $39. So $39 + $950 plus sales tax still ended up being over $1000!!! So I took it home and had it back maybe a week and a half. So I went to another (smaller) place. $700 I will never go back to ubreak I fix ever again.
