I tried to get her to wear diapers to avoid washing her beds constantly, but she found a way to get the diapers off.

My dog came home with a fractured pelvis after getting groomed there. Debbie is a horrible business owner and I tried to be fair with her and allow her to make things right. She doesn't have cameras, and she would not own up to anything. Her insurance would not cover it because there were no witnesses and no camera footage in her business for an instance like this. She initially offered to pay my vet bill, but once I told her there would be more vet bills bc there was a minimum 8 week recovery period and my dog would need follow up xrays, she then changed her attitude and wanted to speak with my vet and she told me she would call me back. My vet spoke with her, and told her and I that this type of injury comes from trauma and not old age. Debbie never called me after she spoke with my vet like she said she would. My 15 yr old deaf and partially blind Yorkie was walking around the back yard just fine before I took her there. Debbie gently handed my dog to me when I picked her up, my dog cried when I sat her down in the car and once we got home she would not stand or walk and she started urinating in her dog bed. She blew off my phone calls several times with excuses and promised to get back to me. The only way I could speak with her was to go there in person. On my 2nd visit to discuss things, since she wouldn't call me back, she said she was going to get a polygraph test (what a joke)This went on for months after she then turned it over to her insurance which was a waste of my time and a stall tactic on her end. I finally went in to confront her about it for one last time. It was a Monday, the place was empty except for her and the dog she left unattended to come up front to greet me. Once she came around the corner and saw it was me and spoke, she then said I'll be right back. My mother and I literally followed her around the corner and watched her secure a dog to the table! We immediately confronted her about the unsecured dog and she lied, telling us we were wrong and we just couldn't see that the dog was harnessed. It makes no sense she would walk back to the table if the dog was harnessed. I was so patient and tried to be understanding and all I got in return were her lies and excuses for months. She then had the nerve to tell me my dog was already injured when I brought her in. My intentions were to not blast her on social media bc I'm an understanding person and I realize mistakes happen and I'm not out to hurt her business, but after this last visit I assured her I would tell every person I knew. I wanted to support a local business and it was my second time taking her there, and I regret leaving Petsmart. Petsmart has cameras and I was always happy and my dog was happy there too The rehabilitation process was a lot of work on my end and I had to take time off work and pay to have her medically boarded at my vets office thru the day while I was at work. She peeed and pooped on herself the first two weeks, and I worked with her around the clock to get her to stand and walk again. It's been 9 months since this happened and I'm finally getting around to posting this bc I get so upset every time I think about this nightmare. Please don't take your pet to this place!

I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone! They made my aussiedoodle feel so welcomed and comfortable she didn't want to leave! She looks so cute and I knew nothing about grooming aussiedoodles because this was her first haircut and they recommended their professional opinion just for her because of her puppy coat with her only being 5 months old, they even sent her home with a bow!! I am so happy I found a place to take Nova, 5 stars for me!

I highly recommend A Styled Pooch. They do an excellent job on my Sheltie and that credit goes to Niya. I took him to a different groomer and they hacked his fur something awful. No idea what they were thinking but Niya has fixed it. My dog starts barking blocks away when he realizes where we are going and can't wait for me to open the door so he can go inside. The staff is very loving to all the animals in there and they definitely know what they are doing. You won't be disappointed.

Had our dog groomed here and she came home with cuts all on her belly from being groomed. As you can see from the photo. Her belly and around her private area too.

I've been taking a Shih Tzu and our Minature Schnauzer to a Styled Pooch since it opened. Debbie is the owner and they do a fantastic job of washing & grooming both our dogs. Debbie has the perfect personality to get along with furry four-legged animals. If you haven't been, and you need a dog groomed, you should try her out ---she's that good. Her prices are on point.

Jessica at A Styled Pouch does a fabulous job! Thank you for being so good to my babies!

This Spot made my dog bleed and fought with me to give my money back. The owner has no customer service, and she is rude.

Wanted to love this place SO BADLY, but I think they specialize in small dogs or poodle type dogs…read more(and short haired dogs). I will give 2 stars for how organized they are (when we arrived, the names of all the dogs and who is grooming them is on a white board and check-in is very easy). They were also very communicative prior to the appointment. Staff were all very nice. When I picked my dogs up after 3:5 hours and both were still a little bit damp. I noticed one dog had wet ears and a few knots behind her ears so I combed those out when we got home. Because she was damp upon pickup, she dried with her fur going all over. She is soft and fluffy though. My other dog, however, when I got home I noticed in the sun one area of his skin was super pink. I moved his fur back and noticed a whole patch of skin was raw. I'm not sure if they brushed too hard or with the wrong type of comb, but his skin was almost bleeding (the skin is a little broken in a few areas). The rest of his body seems fine but this one patch is raw which has never happened before. We just moved here so finding a new groomer and vet has been my biggest stressor. I know large dogs can be REALLY hard, but we had an amazing groomer back home so I know it can be done. They seemed to be doing great with the small shih-tzus and poodles and such, so I think if you have that type of dog, you would be okay.

We got him a cake, some treats and a birthday hat. He hated the hat but it was great for photos lol. He devoured the cake and treats, so kudos to the Woof Gang team for making those so delicious. We also booked him a luxury bath with a birthday special added. Our 2nd trip was to bring him back for his bath and the staff was so so kind, sweet and supportive. He loved his bath and came out smelling and looking so good! his fur is super soft and he really smelled amazing. We love his birthday scarf too! Amazing experience with this groomer and I truly think our doggo enjoyed it too. We'll be back!!

I was curious to try this groomer since it is much nearer our house than our usual groomer. We have…read moreused Barks and Bubbles for years, but it's on the other side of Concord, so seemed worth a shot. Woof Gang seemed nice inside, so I asked them to make an appointment for my Westie Scamp to be groomed. The first red flag was that they would only do so if I prepaid, which in 30 years of dog ownership I've never done, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I dropped him off on the day of the appointment, but got a call in an hour saying that the groomer couldn't finish because Scamp (a sweet 20 pound fluff ball)snapped at her when she did his face. They refused to refund any of my money, so I took him to Barks to get a 2nd haircut. What a terrible (and expensive)experience!
