They have a pretty decent selection firearms and the range is pretty nice, but their ammo selection is greatly lacking, and they have an extremely limited selection of accessories, cases, less-lethal, and other misc items. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. They almost never even greet customers coming into the store, and they often flat-out ignore you when you want to look at a gun. I have walked out in frustration numerous times because they've failed to show guns in a timely manner, and they've lost out on sales because of it. I understand that they don't pay their employees very well and it's not exactly the best job, but I still expect them to act professional and courteous. It's honestly pretty ridiculous. There's always like 5× the amount of employees working that there is customers in the store, but yet they still can't be bothered to help you. If it wasn't so close to me, I wouldn't go there, but unfortunately they're one of the closest gun stores around. Their prices are pretty decent on firearms, but that doesn't mean much if they stand there and stare at you rather than actually show you what you wanna look at. As much as I get irritated going to Cleveland Armory down the road due to the dog walking around their store, at least they'll make a sale rather than ignore you. It's really irritating, and I've given them quite a few chances to improve and come back dozens of times, but yet they never seem to get their act together. If that was not racially profiling us, yes we are black and are women. I was the one who recommended this establishment with deep regret. I asked around and several people also experienced bad behavior towards them. will never go anywhere near this place again.
