First, the design questionnaire was excellent - especially for someone like me who doesn't know much about interior design. It was able to identify my design preferences by showing different living rooms and asking which ones were to my liking. In addition, its questions served as a great preparation for the home visit, so Stephanie came well prepared for our meeting. Stephanie was very creative, professional, and helpful throughout the process. When she visited my place, we decided on a design together, in an efficient process, where she was able to translate my needs and preferences to interior design decisions and furniture choices. After two weeks, she assembled a furniture shopping list, within the budget I requested. I purchased all items she suggested. The furniture items were sourced from many furniture stores and I felt she did an excellent job finding items that were beautiful, fit the overall design, and reasonably priced. I get nothing but compliments about my place (even from my Architect friend who is quite stingy with design related complements...). Well done Stephanie! As to the cost-effectiveness of the service - had I done this process myself (even with friends help), I would have surely spent more time, more money, getting worse results. The bedroom came out even better than the design drawing and gives a real "Wow" factor when you walk in. The modern clean design is inviting and easy to maintain. Michel started with a story board took into consideration every detail requested - from color, texture and functionality. The master bathroom is exactly what I envisioned with a sleek Asian feel. The large tile and free-standing tub makes the room look luxurious. He designed in plenty of storage with a large mirrored cabinet and under the sink draws.There is a heated floor, towel warmer, large walk in shower and a custom sink/counter top that is all one piece of stone. The shelf along the sink, that continues into the shower area is beautiful and functional. Michel is friendly and easy to work with, taking your wish list and producing a design that is exactly (and more) than you envisioned. He is always available to discuss the project and is willing to think outside the box to make things work, and he will collaborate closely with the contractor to make sure everything is right.

Catarine asked me questions about the project and then asked my boyfriend and I to fill out a questionnaire to get more specifics about the project and our style. My situation was unique, as my boyfriend and I are young new homebuyers with a tight budget and very unique space. We needed help designing our 750sq ft studio loft apartment. Although not her typical client, Catarine agreed to help us. Shortly after that phone conversation we agreed to work together and set up an in person time to meet. Catarine and her team came early, measured the space and spent a good amount of time speaking with me about the project. During our initial consultation, we scheduled the presentation for two weeks later. Presentation day- WOW, my boyfriend and I were blown away with the thought, time, detail, and creativity that went into the presentation. Catarine had us step into another room so that she can lay out everything perfectly on our island. She had a presentation board, slide show, video, print outs, and all the paper work organized by room. She also had several options for each room. I could have never thought of positioning furniture in ways that she did. I also didn't even think of placing certain pieces of furniture in specific spaces. She was able to show us what could be, and it was phenomenal. I am excited to see what the finished product looks like! I will write a follow up review.
