They are the top-down, bottom-up style, which I had never heard of, but I was all in when Tim and Jake explained them to me. Tim, the owner, came and did the install and in 30 minutes I was good to go. The two I installed were tests to see how I would like them, and since they're a winner, I'll do the rest of the house sometime later.
