Goodwill won't give discounts to not-for-profits that want to give homeless women and children boots in the winter. I was the cashier-I saw this happen first hand and quit because of it. Man, listen -- I've been coming here for years and always loved it. But lately? It's been a total…read morewaste of time and money. The management is so disorganized, it's ridiculous. If you want to sell your clothes, you might as well give them away on the street -- it would be faster! They set specific days for donation drop-offs, but somehow they're never accepting donations because they don't hire enough staff -- mostly just family members and high school kids running the store. They even put up a big, dirty sign cutting off drop-off times just 45 minutes into the scheduled day. Honestly, I'm so tired of driving all the way here just to be disappointed. What used to be a dope store and great experience is now absolutely the worst. If you want to sell your stuff, go to Clifton Park instead -- their store is way better.
