I brought my 2020 Mustang GT to have an X Pipe installed. I was quoted 150 $ for installation. These were the results. I was told it would be another 160$ to fix the mess the had made. I decided to bring it to a different shop where they fixed this botched experiment. Be careful.

    Bad welds. Leaking exhaust

Went here earlier this week for a muffler delete. They did that exactly and everything was good. Minus poor positioning on the rear tail pipe now hanging down. After driving back home I noticed a loud rattling sound coming from under the vehicle, so I had called the shop and I brought the vehicle back. Looks like they forgot to weld in another hangar which caused the pipe to rattle on the sub frame. Fast forward to the next day, I start my car and notice a large moisture leak under my vehicle coming from the new piping they installed.... Looks like they never fully welded and sealed the pipe. Not just in the front but also in the back. ( see pictures) I took my car to another muffler shop to get the job done correctly and they pointed out a lot of things that were incorrectly done. BE CAREFUL GOING HERE

If I could give negative stars I would. Went to get a simple cart welded for my car so I can put it on a tow truck. I showed the owner the picture of how it looked and how it needed to weld it, he welded it completely wrong. I told him and he didn't even care or apologize about it and still wanted me to pay. Mind you I am even mad. What pissed me off is him saying I don't work with your kind after he took my money and delayed my process of getting my car moved. I will be reporting this shop to the BBB and take whatever actions that I need to. I went in super respectful too didn't even complain about him welding it wrong. If I acted like "my kind" I would've put my hands on him. But I am an active duty member and I respect my elders. I will be reporting that.

I just went to this shop to fix my car exhaust and a mechanic cut the exhaust, he couldn't do it and even damaged my car. Bad service

1.Catback installation 2. awe valve simulators on actuators 3. Modify stock exhaust to adjust fitment for new exhaust

Went in for an install of an aftermarket exhaust catback. This was a process of an install because I had to buy a separate piece of hardware so a check engine light wouldn't appear on my dashboard when the new catback would be installed. At first I was kind of disappointed because they thought they had to cut the catalytic converter and they don't do that there but after more research, Luis and I found out we had to modify the stock exhaust a little bit since the catback had some fitment issues. The company also said it was a direct bolt on, which it was. Luis modified the stock exhaust by cutting some pipe to make it work and boom it did! They then installed some valve simulator plates on my actuators so my check engine light wouldn't pop up. It worked fine! Everything went smooth besides the fitment The owner is a honest man and their service is good! Thanks again Luis. ¡Muchas gracias Luis! Also, I was getting quotes for the catback installation for around $400.00 from other shops. With this shop I paid close to $170.00 WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for honesty and good pricing.

    Crooked Exhaust with old tips.

You're paying for that convenience, plain and simple. Just make sure you hunt for coupons first -- they're out there, online and in those junk mailers that show up in your mailbox. Don't pay full price without looking. The techs are consistently friendly, and they top off all your other fluids too (which, at this price, better be included). Every time I leave, I think "yeah, I could probably save a few bucks somewhere else." But that means booking an appointment, sitting in a lobby with two-day-old coffee, and listening to a mechanic run down a list of "highly recommended" extras before he'll hand back my keys. No thanks. Nothing beats pulling into a drive-thru Valvoline and getting back on the road without giving up half my afternoon.

It was busy and it took over an hour for a standard oil change, which I could overlook if the job was actually done right. Since I work from home, I rarely drive this car and only took it out twice after the service before my check engine light came on. I took it straight to my regular mechanic once he was back, and he discovered that the oil cap was completely missing. Oil had spilled all over my engine, the inside of my hood, and was leaking out of the car. The shop seems to be staffed by young mechanics who are completely distracted and not paying attention to their jobs. A missing oil cap is an amateur mistake that caused a massive mess, inconvenience and unnecessary expense that I had to deal with. Never again.

I don't know enough to know what my car needs, but I think it's just a safe way to go for these kinds of things. The staff is super helpful, and the service was great! Can't complain there! There's really not much else to say! Easy to get in, easy to get out, and I didn't feel like they were too pushy on trying to upsell me on things. They were just doin' their jobs, so kudos to them. Especially with the groupon, the value proposition is pretty high. I think the only way to do it cheaper is to do it yourself, which I neither have the time nor skills for!

SMH…read more --- Been meaning to write this review for weeks, but the final straw came today when I found out yet again that the clowns working at this Oil Stop are either a.) incompetent or b.) did the equivalent of spitting in my food for an oil change establishment. 1. I sat through this oil change asking only for 1 thing upon pulling in- please check/fill the air in the tires because I have an alert on the dash that they're low. Literally was told I was all set and go to drive away, only to find the tires were still low and hadn't been touched. 2. The day after my oil change, I hear a grinding of sorts. Upon investigation, find that the plastic piece of the undercarriage was hanging down, not secured in place, and now torn up from the pavement from driving on it. (Mind you, they needed to remove this piece to change the oil.) My boyfriend takes it back, to be told it was "already like that" and when bf asks why they didn't mention it to me if it was already damaged, their response was "well, she's a woman". Unbelievable because shouldn't I be warned of a potential danger? 3. After they secured the damaged piece back, I am now getting an error on dash stating the front camera is blocked. Upon investigation, there is a clear finger print of OIL smeared over said camera. 4. I take the car for a minor repair to my normal place and they inform me the oil dipstick is BROKEN. Now, either these guys did this when they changed the oil, or again failed to tell me it was broken...in either case, they are trash. The funny thing is that the only thing they did to try and rectify anything was to give a 10% discount on my next oil change smh. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY'LL COST YOU MONEY AND ADD A HEADACHE ON TOP OF IT.
