The yoga was a lot different than what we are used to but I dug it. Focus is mainly on Hatha yoga. Although they are in the same building the spa massages seem to belong to a different entity than the yoga. So if you book both make sure you leave enough time in between so you are not rushed the way we were.

She also stopped at least 3 times to answer a text that she received. No extra time was given. With all that she actually stopped at least 5 min short of my full time. Then to top it off, at the end, I was given a bottle of water and promptly asked for a tip. Then I was given some attitude when I gave her the tip. Obviously 20% wasn't what she expected after using my time to answer the phone, several texts and then quit at least 5 min early. One last thing. Take ear plugs.
