On several occasions, I witnessed my granddaughter being subjected to bullying by several girls in her class. I told Tanya about the girls' inappropriate behavior, and I was told that "my granddaughter will make friends." Due to her lackadaisical attitude, I became extremely vocal, pulled my granddaughter from their school and demanded a refund, which they obliged. Additional complaints is that there is no guidance, communication, and the studio is sloppy and unclean. A child is not a commodity, and needs to be treated as such. Both owners are pompous regarding the amount of years that they have been in business. So, what does that mean to you, a prospective client? You will be subjected to ridicule if you make a complaint, regardless of the complaint, just because they have been in business for several decades. And, if your child is bullied, there may be no recourse. It seems that both Tanya and Betty Jean were angrier at me for bringing up this situation than being accountable and responsible for not having a no-bullying policy in place. On a positive note, my granddaughter is now in a clean, well-established, well-structured, fun, and disciplined ballet school, and she is thriving. She is very happy and can enjoy her classes and classmates without any worries.

At 20 dollars it feels a bit expensive but overall I am glad I went. That said, some detractors online have called the place "a cult" and the vibes I felt were a little weird. I don't use the term lightly, but just going to state what others have said. Apparently they also have once a month events (around the full moon?) that neighbors have described as very loud. So definitely some negative reports on them not being the best neighbors. In short, worth a visit to check out the art, but not sure about some of the other programming.

All of the money goes to the artists, which is really great. There is some street parking, parking behind the venue, and parking in a separate space one street over.
