For the 2022 Gala we decided to hire Pioneer Media and we could not have asked for more. Bryndon and his company went above and beyond our expectations! He got on conference calls, asked questions and took the time to make sure he was prepared for the evening leading up to the event. He paid close attention to detail. His turn around was fast with a quality that was so much more than what we were hoping for. Somehow, this extravagant event that we have often struggled to describe was all captured in a simple highlight video. Day-of, the entire team was incredible. We had 4 shooters total and the way they coordinated with each other to keep the day running on time was very impressive. I, as the bride, was especially relieved to have Lynette take charge and help us stay on schedule. The whole team was lovely, unobtrusive yet ever-present, and very covid-compliant. I was not very impressed with Mr. Fomin's work. Our wedding was in 2014, and though he was quite…read moreattentive prior to our wedding day (in terms of requesting payment), he was quite lacking on the day of the ceremony. Mr. Fomin and his assistant arrived wearing polo shirts, when the establishment was upscale and required formal attire. One would think a professional photographer/videographer would know this from doing so many events as he has claimed to do. I thought going with a company where both photo and video could be done at a great price would be ideal. I was under the impression that the owner, Mr. Fomin, would have taken the pictures, but on the day of the wedding when they arrived, his assistant took the pictures and he did the video. His assistant seemed bored and he was giving her directions. When we did receive our proofs, I could see that in many pictures, my dress/train wasn't properly placed, and my face looked crooked in some instances. I believe the photographer could have instructed us better, placed us in nicer poses, fixed us so we looked nice. Some pictures were too far to see our faces well. There was no depth or anything special in the pictures he took. Quite honestly, after seeing the pictures my guests took, I determined my guests took better pictures than this man. I'm disappointed in how the pictures came out and would not recommend ProLine productions to anyone. In response to Mr. Fomin's post below: My review is not false as you state. It is not requires that I use my real name as my username, Nikki is my nickname. I do not only post negative reviews. I either post if services are exceptionally good or exceptionally bad and I feel others should know about it. You might not recognize the name but you should recognize the face in my profile picture. Very mixed feelings about our experience with LPS…read more Our wedding was in April of 2019 and LPS did both our photos and video. To state the positive, yes, LPS produces beautiful work with amazing quality. We recognize and acknowledge that the photos and videos are top-notch among others in this industry. In the end, we are very happy with the final deliverables. We received the last of of all deliverables (the hard drive containing all video footage) yesterday (10/9/2019), which is almost six full months after the wedding. However, regardless of the fact that it took almost half a year to receive photos and video of our wedding, this wasn't the biggest source of our frustration. The frustration mainly lived in the near total lack of communication from LPS. We understand that LPS is a large company that handles many, many clients at the same time. We also understand the painstaking process of photo/video editing. What we don't understand is LPS' failure to provide timely updates on where we are in the entire process. We feel that the very least LPS could've done was to provide monthly updates on how they were progressing with the final assets. The contract explicitly stated that certain assets would be delivered after a certain time period (i.e. 6 weeks after wedding, 10 weeks after wedding, etc). However, LPS failed to reach out during the days leading up to the final due date, to give us an update or confirmation on process. We were always the ones who had to reach out first to ask if we would receive our items on time. Therefore, we ended up always feeling left in the dark, wondering what was going on and chasing after something that couldn't be reached. Let's face it. LPS is not cheap. The prices are expected given the nature of their high quality. However, we started to question if it was really worth it (we paid nearly $8k)--to go through the long wait in radio silence & total darkness. To summarize-- PROS: High quality, friendly/professional crew on the day-of CONS: Very long wait for deliverables, lack of communication
