The room you go into has classical music playing, a Velcro towel that you put on yourself before the facial and there's a small lamp in the corner that provides just enough light to make you feel relaxed. The next day I had a horrible allergic reaction and was victim blamed by the stylist. I paid 180 and gave a 20 dollar tip for eyelash extensions by a woman who goes by "sally." She used liquid cement for adhesive to attach the lashes to my eyes. She would not give me a refund and when I called sculpted image they were rude and blocked my number. I contacted the owners and they wouldn't get back to me and also blocked my number. They are shady and do not care about paying customers. I had to go to another salon to remove the false lashes because "Sally" refused. The other salon was so horrified with what she did to me that they did the removal for free! They told me they never saw the adhesive that "Sally" used before and commented that it was liquid cement. I had to go to the hospital due to my injuries and the nurse said I had severe scratching from whatever utensils she had used and they told me that I could have gone blind! I had to take off work because of the eye pain and medicine I had to take in order to stop an infection spreading to my cornea. Do not go here unless you want the worst service and lasting physical damage.
