We had the lovely Faith come out as Cinderella for our daughter's third birthday, and she was truly the highlight of the whole party! She was such a beautiful Cinderella and played the character to a T. She did singing, dancing, storytelling, bubbles, and games and had all the kids participating and engaged the entire time. The kids absolutely loved her and said that was their favorite part of the party! I originally spoke with charlotte back in May and decided to book with them for 2 princesses for my daughters 5th b day. She was so kind and I felt so good about them. She told me someone would contact me by Thursday of this week to go over details of the party. I paid the deposit of $300ish. Thursday comes around and nothing. I call the same number as before (949-558-2873 and 3106517226) and no one picks up and not only is the voicemail different now but the voicemail is full on both phone lines so I can't even leave a message! Charlotte finally emails me back Thursday with a very generic confirmation of time and place. I emailed her back a total of 4 times requesting a call so we can go over details and structure of the party like she had promised me back in May. Nothing. Day of the event- THEY NOT ONLY NO SHOW BUT THEY DONT EVEN CALL!!!! I was scrambling to figure out what to do with 15 kids and ended up having to improvise for 2.5 hours. How DARE they do this to kids??? I called their after hours line and of course it goes to the same BS number with the full mailbox so I can't even leave a message. I'm hoping someone will read this and learn from my mistake. I have NO idea how they have this many positive reviews. It's beyond me. They must pay for their reviews. I can't even get a hold of anyone to get a refund so I'm going to have to dispute the claims with my bank unfortunately. It's not even the money at this point, it's how evil they and careless they are and how excited my daughter was for the princesses. She kept looking out the window waiting for them to show. They stayed completely in character the entire time--even when we randomly bumped into them in the bathroom! My daughter gave them a 10/10 and had an absolute blast. She especially loved the Sorting Hat, learning spells, and the dueling lesson. What really impressed me was how well they engaged every child. Most of the kids weren't even that familiar with Harry Potter yet, but they were all completely involved and having so much fun. Even the adult Harry Potter fans had a blast! It was also genuinely fun for the adults to sit back and watch the kids get completely immersed in all the Harry Potter activities. We didn't need to plan any other entertainment for the entire party--the actors kept the kids engaged from beginning to end. All we really needed was food, and then we could relax and enjoy the show! The communication was great at the beginning. We booked two people, one entertainer and one balloon…read moreartist. I received a few different calls to confirm the party so everything seemed on track. On the day of the party, the balloon artist showed up without the character. Our character made a mistake and had her parties mixed up so she was over an hour late. The balloon artist kind of just walked around and made balloon animals for the kids but it was awkward with no character. Since our character was so late, some kids had to leave when she was just arriving. We were building up the anticipation but by then we discovered it would be well over another hour, so the kids got in the pool instead and were well into playing and not really into the entertaining by the time the character did arrive. Overall the character was great once the kids heard her singing. Balloon artist was kind of a waste of money since it was a little awkward having someone walk around making balloons without the entertainer. Kind of a bummer it played out that way. Mistakes do happen but no one even reached out to explain anything, I just received an invoice to pay with a slight discount which I still paid.
