A Plus Garage Doors - St George - Repaired garage door - Garage Door Services Near Me - St George, Utah

A Plus helped me get my clients garage door working again. They came out and gave a bid for repairs that seemed thorough and well priced. They were professional and quick with the repairs as well as top notch communication. They are now my "go to" people to call if I have future clients with garage door issues! read more

The spring on my garage door was broken so I had some technicians come out and give me a quote. He gave me three or four different "options" which were all quite pricey. We chose to go with an option that included a 10 year warranty on the parts. The seal on the bottom of my garage was in terrible shape but of course it wasn't included in the bid so I ended up paying over $1200 for some fancy springs. When I called to find out about the seal, he said that he could come out and "fix it" for an additional $350. I wasn't impressed. We won't be using them again. read more

Price was a little high but they were able to do the work immediately. Everything now works fine.

Had two new openers installed, from the first phone call everyone was polite, professional and was a pleasure to work with. Colin our installer was a great guy and knows his stuff! I would recommend A Plus to anyone in the STG area. read more

Our garage door light started blinking late in the morning and we were afraid to shut the door that it might not open. We had company etc. I called A Plus Garage Doors. I swear Chris came within the hour. I feel bad it has taken me so long to write this for him as he came 4-13-24. He was amazing. Even my husband raved about how good he was. He had all the tools and fixed the door within the hour or close to it. We were so grateful for his personality and dedication to his job. Thank you Chris Gambler. You saved our day. read more

remote control would no longer work other then standing right inside the garage. they gave me a two thousand dollar bid. I went to Lowes and got a new genie garage door opener for a hundred and thirty dollars. that should last me the rest of my life. read more

I backed into my garage as it was going up. It was bent on the bottom, but overall didn't look too bad. The technician came and said that it was irreparable, and we would need to replace the entire garage door for $2500. He also quoted a price for the service call and then charged me more in the end claiming that his boss said he had to charge me more. It felt like a bait and switch. he further stated that I didn't need to worry because when we replace the door it will all be applied toward that total. Well, no thanks! We worked with Garage Door Specialists and they fixed it for $175! I'll never deal with A+ Garage again. read more

If you want superb, informed service and great advice on your garage door needs, call these guys. One of our big springs broke after 15 years (a big boom sound) and I called for help. We not only got a new spring set, but after talking about how to get a smoother-running, quieter system we ended up springing for a new opener and an overhaul of the rollers that fit in the tracks. The difference was like night and day. We're selling the house now and I had Craig come by and check everything over after eight months of having the new system. He was the most skilled and polite service tech I've experienced in any business I've used here in So. Utah. He suggested a few tweaks and I have full confidence when we sell the house that our garage door will work flawlessly for the new owners for a long time. Bravo! read more

We were referred to A Plus Garage Repair through my sister/brother in law who had used them previously for their garage door repair. We weren't quite sure why our garage door wasn't closing, but needless to say, my husband aka TIM "The Toolman" TAYLOR ended up breaking the chain while trying to figure out what was wrong with the door/sensor. Anyway, my sister & brother in law gave us the number to A Plus and we called them and set up an appointment for the next day. Our technician, Josh, showed up & was very professional, prompt, efficient & quickly gave us a quote. To replace the motor and chain that included 2 remotes, a new garage opener & an outside keypad it came out to $749 (Liftmaster) That wasn't too bad and the tech had it all done in about an hr or so. Also, they did not give any referral credit so instead, we got a coupon for $30 off any future service call & the motor has a lifetime warranty. Would definitely use them again! We appreciated their prompt, efficient & professional service. Our new garage opener system comes with a lot of cool perks - like being able to open the garage with your phone & is sooo quiet! Our old system and chains were metal & always made noise when opened. read more

I saw that A Plus Garage Doors was running a "Quiet Door" special on Facebook. Definitely caught my eye since my garage door had been driving me crazy. No quiet garage door at my house !!! They sent out their service tech, Chris. Based on this, my first experience and my "call back" experience I'll most certainly use A Plus in the future. A Plus will be my " go-to" for everything garage! I would definitely request Chris again. He's knowledgeable, professional, and was patient with my multitude of questions. I really appreciated how the company (Chris) handled my call back. This is important Abouy a week or so later my garage door started to screech like a nail on a chalkboard when closing. Chris came back out as soon as he could to check it out. He was very thorough in getting to the bottom of the screech! He took care of the obnoxious noise. It was a structure issue that had nothing to do with the previous service but he took care of it. That's called going the extra mile for sure! No charge for this. I'm very happy with my "Quiet Door" Thanks, M. Watts read more

Our garage door stopped working. I called at 3:30 PM and Wesley was here probably 15 minutes later. (He said he was in the area) The springs had broken. He gave me several options to choose from and had everything he needed on the truck. (It's frustrating when someone has to go back to a shop for something). After choosing which option I wanted, it took him about 30 minutes to complete the job. Wesley was polite, friendly and professionally dressed in a work uniform. The dispatcher that took my original call was also extremely polite and professional. I waited on the phone while she contacted Wesley and it took just a minute to come back tell me he'd be here between then (3:30) and 6:30. I was shocked when he was here so fast. I don't do a lot of YELP reviews - if I can't say something nice, I don't say anything. (Even if something is subpar, I just figure someone is having a bad day) I was very happy with this company. read more

Happy Happy Happy best money spent. Had a old wooden garage door that was rotted out and was not closing right. They came out tried to adjust the springs but was obviously bad. Ordered new door and opener. They were prompt on when getting new door and install. Took about 4hrs and new door works great. Had for 2 years now and have been happy with it every time I use it. Will use them for any future work done. read more

Craig showed up on time and was courteous and professional as he went to work evaluating my squeaky and slightly shaky garage doors with slightly under powered motors. He went through multiple options and I selected rebuild over brand new, due to wait time. I've waited months for everything at this point. And the rebuild could be done in 2 hours at 1/5 the price of brand new, which has a 9 week waiting time. Craig fixed everything up nicely and it sounds much better now! I plan to continue future maintenance and service with A Plus Garage Door Repair! read more

I was very impressed by the service and professionalism we received from A+. Craig and Louis were our technicians and they did a great job! They showed me all the corners my original builder cut which was directly related to the repairs I needed to make. They were very thorough in explaining the work they performed, how everything worked and helping me program the system. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing new or needing repair on your garage! read more

My dad's garage door broke this evening. Being 90yrs old, he went to the phone book and called two places who didn't pick up despite advertising as having Emergency Services. I went to Yelp and put in Garage Door Repair. A Plus Garage Doors came up with 5 stars so I called them first. They picked up quickly and said they could send someone in about an hour. Craig called before he came and showed up promptly. He had to rebuild the door and put in a newer, quieter motor easily and skillfully. He showed my dad all the features of the new setup, making sure my dad understood. From call to finish it took about 4.5hrs. We'll be using them for the maintenance. They've gained a loyal customer. Give Craig a raise. Seriously. Give it to him. He was amazing. read more

We had a roll up garage door lock up. We made an appointment for the same day - it was within an hour of the call. Craig and Joel came out, right on time! They gave us a quote on the spot and in short order they repaired the door. It works better than before! I am very pleased with their professional and knowledgeable work. read more

Great service and nice people to deal with. I highly recommend the company.

Fast, efficient good service. Craig explained my options and prices and then did an excellent job on a complex repair

Due to my freak accident with my car vs garage door that involved the emergency cord getting stuck in the window resulting in the door lowering while I backed out, I needed the assistance of a garage door specialist. A quick Google search brought up A Plus Garage Door Repair and showed me good ratings so I went with it. I first spoke to Marissa, who was very friendly and professional and got me scheduled right away with Kody. Kody was right on time (none of that waiting around all day for a repairman to show up), fixed my door, performed some maintenance, and showed me what I should watch for in the future. He even raised the emergency cord so it won't get caught in my window again. This company was great to work with from beginning to end and I will continue to use them in the future for maintenance and any other unexpected freak accidents. I highly recommend. read more

Kolby was great! On-time (early), fast and efficient. I would definitely have them do service again. Excellent, professional technician.

If you're looking for a useless company who excels at terrible customer service, then look no further. If you want a company who can actually help you and fix your problem, then you better keep looking. Extremely disappointing! read more

We were in need of a new garage door. We called A Plus Garage Door Repair for help. They responded same day. Everyone was VERY professional, prompt, and courteous. We even talked to the main office and they were terrific. We now have a new insulated garage door with an ultra quiet opener which was on my wish list. The installers came on time and there were no delays. This is a terrific company with AWESOME service. My first time replacing a garage door and I would use them again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you read more

This is exactly the response I would expect from a company like yours, you don't even have the good sense to admit your short comings and work towards a solution. Just a reminder, this is NOT the company you want to call for anything. read more
