We have had two roofs replaced, all our windows and door done thru Gerrys roofing. When the last…read moreroof had issues with leaks and was under warranty Gerry's roofing refused to honor the warranty. They charged us over $400.00 while under warranty. Gerry even said we didn't have our roof done with his company even after showing the contact. We recently got a call from the new owner's employee, calling us a valued customerand would like to help if we had any issues. We sent all the related receipts but they decided not to offer any compensation. So new owner but same policy of NOT honoring the warranty. For all the work this company has done on our home they will never get our business again. The warranty isnt worth the paper its written on.
