Stay away! This is a scam operation. I contacted them for an electrical issue with a garage door…read moreopener. The technician, Nick, replaced the springs which were not the issue, and charged $2,400.00. There was no quote provided or approved, and they did not honour the quoted service call price and discount offered. Did not fix the problem. While trying to "repair" the issue, he ended up breaking the electric opener and did not tell me rendering it completely useless. Their invoice does not contain the company name or any information in order to contact them. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. The reviews on their website are all fake. I have filed a fraud report with the police and would encourage anyone who has had issues with this company to do the same.

During my interaction with a technician, he was incredibly vulgar, constantly and unnecessarily swearing, which is far from professional. The technician at one point used his spit to clean something off a garage door, and did not do a satisfactory job - installing a garage door that was defective and leaving the rubber edging exposed which prevented the garage door from closing properly. This company makes false promises as well - it was agreed upon that the technician would pick my old garage doors up on his way out for disposal. When I let the technician know this, he quickly disagreed and became hostile. I immediately called the owner, and it took the owner explaining our prior agreement for the technician to finally oblige. However, I was still stuck with the issue that the rubber edging was exposed! I called the owner multiple times days after about this issue - he continually left my calls and texts unanswered. Upon calling him with a different phone number, he explained to me that "I didn't need to call him with a different number", and that he'd definitely send a technician in the coming days. THIS WAS A TOTAL LIE - he ended up ghosting me, and I had to have the issue fixed by somebody else. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THESE GUYS - unprofessional, rude people who don't have decency and integrity!

They are not licensed to do gas work and they did that for us anyway by hiring someone else that ended up having no license They sent us an invoice for $700 when the technician that did the work said it did cost him $250 and invoiced us with a Redex Group name that is an equipment corporation in Europe. When I faced him with that and he threatened me and our tenant through texts and non stop calls. The work that was done at our gas stove failed only a few days after and they said "we don't warranty work on used appliances, pay us more to fix it" which would mean more potential messing up and no warranty. Most importantly they are literally endangering other's life through their work. I have reported this to TSSA for the license number used from another person, to business bureau, and police because of the threatening. 1 star is too many stars for this building. This is the most poorly managed and poorly constructed…read morebuilding I have ever lived in and I am counting down the days until I can leave. The fact that this building has switched management about once a year should be a pretty big red flag, no one wants to be associated with this building. This does not even begin to capture the issues we have had, but I hope it gives future renters an idea.. 1. Fire alarms go off multiple times a month often between midnight and 4 am, often times with the sound and or light going off for 1-2 hours. This is apparently because either water issues or that it shares a panel with the hotel/building next door, either way this is an issue that none of the management companies have any interest in addressing and will likely never address 2. Almost every person I know in this building has had at least one break in their car. I am paying 175 dollars a month to park my car, yet there isn't a single security camera in the garage. There have been vague promises to increase security by installing cameras, this has never happened and again I imagine never will happen. If you park here at some point you will have your car broken into. Broken windows is a pretty common site in this garage. 3. The garage was designed by someone who has actually never used a parking garage before and someone just described it to them. The part where you drive and the corners are only big enough for 1 vehicle, but for some reason it is a 2 way driving area the entire way around, so on a daily basis there are near head on collisions and im certain many accidents due to this. This is something that will never change about the building. 4. There are often people who do not live in this building found in the stairwells and there have been apartment break ins. 5. There is no one available after 5 pm or on weekends, you call a 1800 number and they deem almost all issues non essential, even this means you are unable to get in and out of the building to work due to malfunctioning garage door clickers, someone else being parked in your spot, or being unable to get into your unit. There is no on call maintenance staff, or none that tenants can reasonably access. You will have to figure out your own issues. 6. If you ever want to add another person to your lease, the process involves making you give up your lease, reapply to the apartment on their HORRIBLE website with this new person, and sign leases again, which took over a month to do, and in the process meant that all my utilities had to be re set up AND I had to pay new service fees as now I was considered a new customer as I was now considered a new tenant 7. Plugs in the kitchen are incredibly difficult to use, hard to get appliances into them 8. The cherry on top of this building is the management. I could tolerate the alarms and the problem if we had management that was responsive and organized and helpful. Vanessa and Jennifer are the most disorganized, disrespectful, disinterested people I have ever met. As highlighted by other tenants they are hard to get in touch with and either dont fix your problems or cause more (see point 6). They also "lost" another tenants receipt from her parking fob, so despite the fact that it was their mistake, they refused to give her her deposit. The problems listed above seem. like things that will never change, so I would honestly NEVER suggest living in this building. A start would probably be to get a new management team, followed closely by demolition.
