All this in the space of 5 minutes. I asked her to show me the work order (there was none) to which she said, "we don't give work orders. It was a verbal agreement." Bad business practice, at the least. I mentioned the Google reviews that the management is rude and she blamed them on her father in law's behavior. Seems "rude" runs in the family. The police came to facilitate. Brian offered to remove the wiring so I could take my chandelier without the expensive unauthorized wiring . Ann prevented him from moving forward with this simple solution. She badgered me. She denied yelling while she was yelling. She was sly, lied, and got close to my face. It was all very shocking. I audio recorded her tirade that is part of my complaint being filed with Better Business Bureau. Such a shame.

Long story long to follow: We had 4 ceiling boxes that we wanted swapped out for fan-rated boxes. I found Gianni Electric on Yelp, requested a quote on the app over the weekend, they replied quickly with a few extra questions and took down my contact info. They got Alec out the next day for a quote, and he came back the following day for the install. We probably could have gotten the work done a bit cheaper if we went with some self-taught handyman off of thumbtack, and I could have done the work myself (though it would have taken me a lot longer and probably would have made a mess in the process); but plumbing and electrical are two things that are worth paying a professional who has a license and insurance for. The price was reasonable and pretty much spot on what we had guessed it would cost us before reaching out. The whole process was pretty painless, and we'll definitely use them again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Ron and Cheryl tried hard to accommodate our tight scheduling request (6-8 weeks) and completed installation of our irrigation system one month earlier than promised... who does that? The entire project (including coordinating with their backflow vendor + county inspectors) took about 3 business days. I doubt any other company can deliver this speed and quality. Look no further for installation or maintenance of your irrigation system. A+
