This company does not even deserve a 1 star. We have paid for service since the beginning of 2021, always paying before the bill is due. A+ fails to pick up trash on the scheduled business day and NEVER returns calls. After finally speaking with the company on Friday regarding the lack of trash pick up for the past 4 weeks, they credited us 2 months. Then, today (Sunday) they came to pick up our trash can because "they are no longer servicing this area". A notice would have been nice! The lack of communication is beyond unprofessional. I don't recommend this service. I paid a bill in June, 2022, by check for my 3 month cycle. As of date, August 18,2022,check has not cleared in my bank. I've called numerous times only to get different stories of what could have happened. First story, yes, they received it but bank lost it. Now it's the bank didnt get it..they don't know where it is. Really?!? Very poor customer service. Can't even speak to someone in management to get this resolved. Now, I'm out the money to stop payment because as far as I'm concerned, it's sitting in someone's wallet or vehicle. They don't empty the can on due date. I've had to call to tell them, hey, you missed my house when you drove right by it. They pick it up in personal vehicles which is very shady in itself. Don't use. Very bad service. read more

We have had them for 2 years we have never had a problem. Always on time always come early Thursday morning around 330am. I just called about having a mattress picked up and they even do that for a fee. Can't beat it. We love them. read more

Absolutely terrible! They keep billing after the contract is canceled, but never picked up the last week's of trash. The cans sat by the curb for a month waiting for them to come back and get them, empty, after I carried the trash to the dump myself. No one answers the phone or emails. read more

Don't do business with this company. You never know if your trash will be picked up or not. Half the time when you call the office nobody answers the phone. You pay quarterly and there are no refunds if you cancel early even though they don't provide the service you are paying for in the first place. read more

Got this service a few years ago and it started out ok, especially for the price. Cheaper is not always better. Somebody got greedy and signed up way more customers than they knew they could handle. If I could rate A plus disposal with a minus star, I would. It has become down right sorry. Neighbors cans often overflowing cause of late or non pickup, poor communications, always excuses for late or non pickup, outright lie to customers, no integrity. I would like to leave 0 stars but can't. These people are the worst ever. Garbage sits for weeks, messes are left behind, seldom answers phone, have been rude and condescending, not the cheapest and now they see we have another company's can and they take theirs even though we are paid in advance. Please avoid this company at all costs. Even when they do pick up the trash they leave a mess and trash strewn down the road from the pickup. But for the past month they haven't even bothered to pickup. Multiple calls go without response. If you are still giving them money I fear it is money which will be lost. read more

I rarely leave reviews but I wanted to be a blessing to someone else and save them lots of time and headaches. First I will say the NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!! I have had service with them for 2 years and it has been horrible they pick up my trash every other week when it's suppose to be weekly and just today it's going on three weeks and my trash has not been picked up I've called numerous times and the issue has not been resolved when I called at 8am this morning the receptionist assured me that my trash would be picked up today well I'm returning home from work and it's still a huge pile of trash sitting at the edge of the road because like I said it has not been picked up in 3 weeks no one will answer the phone since I've left a message about a refund and term of services this has been the worst experience I have ever had they're very unprofessional and you will not receive the service you deserve please please please please find other services DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!! read more

We have used this service for a couple of years now. In the beginning things were great, they were quick to return calls, always picked up our trash, etc. At that time they also had a Facebook page where they would post if the schedule had changed for the week due to a holiday, which I really liked. Then about 9 months ago suddenly trash stopped being picked up, we couldn't get anyone on the phone, and their Facebook page disappeared. For awhile I wondered if they had suddenly gone out of business because it was like they disappeared. When I received our next bill they had started picking up our trash again, albeit sporadically, so I decided to pay and give it another 3 months. Well things are much better now. Our trash pretty much always gets picked up and the couple of times we have called I am able to speak to someone. I am not sure what happened during those few months but they have vastly improved and are back to a company I would recommend. read more
