I had 5 rooms plus a stairwell & hallway that were completed in just 3 days. Some of the rooms had even been poorly sanded & stained by the previous home owner & there's no evidence of any of that work remaining. The quality of work is beyond impressive, taking my old tired floors of various conditions & making them truly shine. Additionally the price point of this work is unbeatable! The worst part is that he came for the final check before the work was finished and YELLED and SWORE at me when I wrote the check to his company instead of him personally. At this point, we informed him that we would pay him once the work was finished (we didn't even expect him to finish the part he underestimated), and he THREATENED us and wouldn't leave the house. How on earth this guy has earned a living with that kind of behavior and service is beyond me.

Two guys came on the primary day to sand, apply the sealer coat (Bona Classic Sealer) and apply the first finish coat (Bona Traffic HD). I knew the Forman but didn't know the other guy. When they left there were streaks but they told me no problem, they would buff it out the next day. Nobody came until late afternoon the following day but it was the Boss alone. He attempted to apply the second coat by himself and made it worse. At the end I asked him why there was a full bottle of hardener left and he said it wasn't necessary on the second coat WRONG!! After he left I really noticed the streaking and texted him. No reply to this day. The one Forman has skills but the Boss knows nothing. BEWARE! Low price doesn't mean professional work!

The grout was defective or mixed incorrectly. The grout could not be cleaned and started falling out after a few months. I tried working with Chris for weeks and weeks without any success hoping he would review and recommend a fix and take care or the issue. ( likely just redoing the grout) Chris and Quality floors were not professional enough to even stop by to inspect the problem. I strongly recommend using a different company.
