The first time I went the guys doing the prewash only did my front bumper and windshield. When my car came out of the wash it was still covered with soap. I really didn't have time to wipe it down with towels but I didn't have much choice. That was probably 8 months ago. Today I decided to give it another try hoping it would be better this time.......shame on me....fooled me once and today was twice. The prewash guy (not guys) only did the drivers side and again my car was covered with soap. When I brought it up to the manager he offered to run the car through again but did say, its going to come out the same the second time. I asked for a refund and was told he was only offering a second wash. I don't know how they stay in business. Never again will I go there.

I will never visit this location again and hopefully its very concerning she is up for a promotion as her people skills are terrible and she was very dismissive and quick to tell us to drive to another location even though she looked up the account.

The code worked without a hitch and the garage door lifted. I was very impressed with newer equipment and a great Wash price point. They offer an upper level too!
