Do not hire this company! On April 15, 2026, I hired Luis Florez to repair 2 areas on my pool (one…read morepatch in the pool finish and one repair in the tile area of my connected spa), acid wash the bottom, and replace 2 lights. The only reason I am giving a 1 star review is because the 2 guys that completed the patch job were decent. The work started on April 16, 2026, at 8:30 am. The 2 tile guys that Luis sent out to do the tile work appeared to have no previous experience in tile work. They re-used rusted tile, installed chipped tile, installed cut sided tile on the outside edges instead of the cut side being on the inside, tiles were not flush on the edges, and the grout lines were horrible. After numerous phone calls and test messages, the tile job was completed at 6:50 pm. What should have taken 4-5 hours took over 10 hours! The acid wash made the bottom of my pool look worse than before and the bottom of my spa is now yellow! With regards to the replacement of the 2 pool lights, Luis provided me with a printed quote issued by Heritage Pool Supply for $2,680.00 (This was the price for 2 lights with his contractor discount as indicated on the quote). Please note that this was the price just for the lights, the installation was an additional $150.00 per light). Once the installation was complete, I asked him to provide the paid invoice so that I would have it for warranty purposes. After several requests for it, he finally provided it on April 21, 2026, 4 days later......and his cost was actually $1,871.18 (that is $808.82 less than the written quote he provided!) If I had purchased the 2 lights, the cost would have only been $2,255.68. To top it off, the 2 lights were not even installed correctly as they fell out of the pool and spa walls on the 18th. I have retained all of the text messages, photos, and written documentation to support ALL of the above issues should anyone want to confirm my review. Luis was blatantly dishonest and provided unsatisfactory work. Do not hire!!!!

It is not the easiest set up to work on, and some neglect from the previous owner led to a few problems that had to be addressed. Jeff, after previously working with his team and installing a new cover on the spa, has been pretty relentless in chasing problems and coming to the cabin when I am not there to get this fixed. I am very happy with their service and support and am especially impressed by the communication that they give me regarding upcoming visits and the diagnostics of what they find when working on the spa. A+ outfit.

For months, I struggled with a recurring "green water" issue in the hot tub at my short-term rental in Blue Ridge. Since guest satisfaction is extremely important to us, it was frustrating to see our ratings being affected despite completely changing the water between every guest stay. The problem turned out to be caused by the high metal content in our well water. What truly impressed me was Aaron's persistence and professionalism throughout the entire process. He didn't give up or offer a temporary fix -- he stayed committed to finding the root cause and solving the issue correctly. Thanks to his knowledge, patience, and dedication, the problem has finally been resolved. The best part? We recently received a new 5-star guest review specifically complimenting how wonderful the hot tub was -- something that would not have happened without Aaron's help. I cannot thank Aaron and Georgia Spa enough for sticking with this problem until it was solved. If you need hot tub service, maintenance, or troubleshooting, I highly recommend them. Outstanding customer service, excellent technical expertise, and a company that truly stands behind their work. Problem solved!

I contacted this company to detect leaks in my swimming pool. When I spoke to them about this, I…read morewas told that my pool water must be clean and clear to the bottom of the pool. I told them that the water was clean and clear but there was debris on the bottom since the pool cleaner was thought to have a leak and, therefore, was not working. I also told them we were swimming in the pool. I was sent a Standard Work Authorization by email and asked to sign it and return it by email, which I did. When the technician arrived today, he said he could not assess the pool because the pool was not diveable and there was poison ivy around the pool equipment. There was no poison ivy at the pool equipment and I was NEVER told the pool had to diveable, whatever that means. The ACTUAL Authorization states the following: "In order to perform a complete detection the structure must be filled to normal operating level and the water must be clean and clear all the way down to the bottom. If we cannot perform a complete detection, the original leak detection fee will be charged for the testing that is performed and there will be an additional charge for any further testing. The technician will need access to the equipment area or room. If the technician does not have access to perform the detection or service is cancelled at the time we arrive at the job site a $ 185.00 service call fee will be charged." Nowhere is the term diveable in the Authorization and no one at the company mentioned this to me at the time of scheduling. I attempted to negotiate with the company about this fee by suggesting that the fee be waived while I have the pool cleaned to their specifications and then have them return. They would not agree to this and insisted on our paying $185 for nothing!! I am a first-time pool owner and not savvy about pool technology. How does this company expect ME to know that "water clean and clear to the bottom" means that it be diveable? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
