OneStop Plumbers - Plumbing & Leak Detection

They explained everything clearly and were honest and fair about the work and the cost. Great customer service, great attitudes, and excellent work overall. I'm very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?

Truly an Honest Review -…read more First off, The Water Heater Company fixed the issue with the pilot light on our Rheem Professional water heater, which had been going out after hours or days of use. This had happened in the past when we first purchased the unit about four years ago. At that time, I replaced the burner assembly and control valve, and the problem was solved. I never found out the exact cause, but it was fixed. Fast forward to today, and the same issue started happening again. Unfortunately, I was away on business, and my wife was home with the kids, getting tired of relighting the pilot every morning and sometimes multiple times during the day. We called The Water Heater Company, and their service and communication were excellent. After diagnosing the issue, they contacted Rheem and ordered replacement parts under warranty: the burner assembly and control valve. They gave us three options: replace the two parts under warranty, replace the entire water heater, or install a tankless water heater. Because this is a very expensive unit that otherwise works well, we chose to repair it. Here's my honest opinion. As a fellow tradesman, I understand that skilled work is expensive. Still, the labor charge of $800 felt very high for what was essentially a warranty part replacement. The first visit took about an hour, and the second visit took around 50 minutes. I understand there's drive time, phone calls, office staff, insurance, tools, and scheduling overhead, but it still seemed excessive. Maybe I'm looking at it through the eyes of someone who usually handles these kinds of repairs myself, but I was away for an extended period and needed the problem resolved. So I'm torn on the rating. Quality of work: 10/10. Professionalism: 10/10. Price: 4/10. In the end, though, I paid for peace of mind and have the issue fixed correctly than save a little money and end up with a possible poor repair.

Scheduling of service was within 1 day. Zach and his team were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. They valued the customer first. Change from a water tank heater to a waterless tank heater. Reasonable, competitive pricing in this economy. Service was top notch. Competent and got the job done. No complications or errors. They even provided a detailed invoice and instructions on how to process a rebate with SocalGas. Company operations are extremely well ran and thought out for the customer. Would highly recommend Swift Water Heater as your choice for water heater issues or replacement!!

About…read morefive years ago, Swift installed our water heater, and just recently I had a leak in the piping near the heater--it was NOT from their equipment, but a pipe leading to the heater. I called late in the afternoon, and they scheduled Josh for the very next morning. He showed up right at 8 am, even texted while en route, and diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly and cleanly. Both visits have been flawless. They keep you in the loop with texts about arrival, do excellent work, and are punctual and professional. If you want reliable service for water heaters, this is the team to call.

Just Right Services - The two installers from Just Right Services, Chris and Guillermo were great. Post-install shot along with me.

I had low expectations as my previous technician with a different company from last year barely did anything and did not even check our drain line inside the home. McShane was our technician and he's the reason I'm even leaving a 5 star review. He explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. He was respectful of the property, used shoe covers before entering, and asked permission before moving things around. You notice those little things when you've had a bad experience in the past. I would say the value is also worth it. It was $85 for the tune-up. I was obviously looking for something cheaper but you get what you pay for. Overall great service!! This company will now be my go-to for my HVAC needs!

We had a relatively complex HVAC issue that required a follow up visit. The owner, Drew H., was highly responsive and reliable from the very beginning of the project to the end. When a minor miscommunication arose regarding the labor charge for the final replacement part, he quickly stepped in to clarify. They honored their original promise and completed the work at no extra cost. It is good to work with a contractor that stands by their word, sticks to their estimates, and takes responsibility for the final result. Highly recommended for their professionalism.
