Owners of the company, Teeca Rivera rented a trailer from me recently. She had an accident and did…read moresevere damage to the trailer. Returned it and called me after the fact claiming she "just got a flat tire". Provided more than sufficient evidence to validate a bent axle, provided written quotes for parts and repair. Teeca Rivera, joint owner of Serenity Painting and Decoration refuses to pay the repair bill. To make matters worse, after I filed an accident report with Colorado State Patrol, she LIED to the officer claiming she did not have an accident. After the officers review of the damages he agreed, and has documented in his report Teeca Rivera LIED to an officer. Unfortunately I have no alternative but to take the owner of this company to court for them to be held accountable for their damages. It's saddening that these individuals claim to be a "christian ran" company. Their actions are far from Christian.... I suspect the owners will respond here calling this poor review a lie. The facts are well supported with written communication with owner, Teeca Rivera, documented photos before and after the trailer rental, police accident report. Nothing in this review is overstated or incorrect. Buyer beware.

They sent a very professional estimator out to our house quickly to meet us and talk about the services they provide. They broke the price down based on the different paint products available and even offered quotes to replace some damage on our house. We found their prices to be comparable to other painters we got estimates from and were able to choose the kind of paint that gave us the best cost vs effectiveness balance which was nice because some painters are limited to one line of products available. Much to our surprise they called and said that they had availability much sooner than they originally thought and were able to come out the next day to begin painting. After a full day of very thorough prep work they had a crew large enough to paint all of the body in one day and trimmed out the next. The final paint job looks AMAZING! I was so impressed that they came back at a time that was convenient for me to walk the house and discuss any issues that I noticed. There were very few, but they dealt with them immediately and professionally. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and the value we got for repainting our house!

They painted the interior of our last home in 2018, stained a deck for us in 2020, and painted the interior of the new construction home we've lived in for just over a year. Each time they have responded to our inquiry promptly, communicated clearly regarding job pricing, timing, and expectations, and completed the work on (or ahead of) schedule. I was expected to remove pictures and anything else attached to the walls, and the crew handled outlet plates, blinds, and everything else. They were efficient, polite, and we are extremely pleased with the results. For all three jobs, we've found the pricing to be competitive and everyone from the estimators to the project managers to the crews have gone out of their way to make sure we're happy with the work. No I was not there to prove that, but, I cleaned my stove the day prior, and I know my stove. They left mud and a mummified wasp nest on my new roof. Cover your lawn because their boots wore my lawn out. They covered my furniture and appliances with plastic, but there were paint dots on both. The biggie for me was the surprise when I cleaned my stove top. It cannot be repaired. No, I would not recommend this company.
