I was rear ended last Saturday night 04-04-2020 Thankfully nobody was injured even though both cars were totaled, I reported the accident next day In the morning so I was told that the adjuster was going to call me back within 3 business days and nobody called me back so I tried to call the insurance company the and the adjuster's phone number the 4rd and 5th day and no body answer , instead the phone call for some reason cut off continuously every time I called. Not knowing what to do because my useless car is parked outside my home I called Strong Tie Insurance at Bell, CA and I was answered by Fernando who with professionalism, knowledge and expertise was very willing to help me in any way possible, he listened to me and did contact the insurance Companie and the adjuster that I was assigned and the adjuster's supervisor, so in matter of minutes ( because I call Fernando at 9:54 am the call was about 14 minutes long ) by 10:08 I received a text that my adjuster was going to call me soon and I received the call from the adjuster so fast that I could not believe , this was been possible by the help of Fernando who did an awesome amazing and excellent job thanks a million Fernando keep up the good work. He's a top notch agent.

Hence, this review is based on multiple situations and long time dealing with this office. Staff are very friendly and professional. From start to end, Mercedes was able to get me best price (even cheaper than other smaller companies that I had before). She went above and beyond to make me satisfied (let me tell you that I'm very aggressive and I can say I could be very criticized sometimes). Few reasons to consider and definitely you will find here: 1- Trust: Staff in this office have a great level of integrity. I was not hesitated to give them any information they requested. 2- Communication: As a business professional, I can say that they are very precise and to the point. They worked around all my requests via emails, phone calls, texts etc. I did not have to visit their office even once. 3- Relationship: Even my policy worth more than $500 a month, I was not treated as another number. They even recognized my voice every time I call. They always remembered my birthday and sent me greeting cards for my family events (.i.e birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays). Timely Responses: If you don't know that, let me tell that this very important when it comes to insurance. I was closing my escrow and wanted paper works to be ready in the same day. They even stayed few hours after normal business hours to finish my policy. Another time I was buying a car and needed a proof of insurance. I was able to get a new car ID with two minutes of my email request. These just few examples. They did not hesitate to stay longer anytime just to address my request. I know this too good to be true, but you can try them and you will understand what I'm talking about.
