I'm only moderately handy but was able to bring my Chubb locks to these guys to get them reset. That saved me a significant callout charge and, having got a few different quotes, Keymasters were both the nearest and least expensive for this job. I also had a safe key cut recently which cost a little more than I anticipated but if you are getting a few things done I have found them happy to haggle (a little) on price, which I always enjoy. I notice they also now copy key fobs and access cards so I'm going to get a spare made for my office also.

Finally got access through French doors by removing/replacing that lock also. Job clearly took a lot of expertise and much more time than first anticipated, but the original quote for the perceived simple lock change, still stood, and potential disaster/expense of being stranded at a less social time of the day averted - excellent service - would highly recommend
