This is my 2nd experience with Mrs Nilo. Both times have been extrEmely great. This is always my 1st stop and after looking around all the stores in the exchange I could not find anything close to the quality or price A One was offering. They did a custom piece for me this past weekend and I received it yesterday and it was perfect. Cant wait to see them again for my next jewelry need.

Gul an Nilo. Our new friends in the diamond business.

If you are looking for jewelry, please give these folks a try. Nilo and Gul are a very nice couple. We felt at home immediately. My wife's engagement ring was stolen. They both worked tirelessly through their tasteful selection of new and vintage pieces. We ended up with a vintage ring which they resized and shined while we waited. I will reiterate that these folks are unpretentious and we ended the day laughing and talking about family. Not the fanciest or biggest shop, just the friendliest and a great value to boot!

He was incredibly patient and brought out so many different options for me to try so I could really figure out what I loved. We actually weren't planning on purchasing a ring that day, but we ended up finding one that we completely fell in love with and decided to pull the trigger! The entire experience was easy, fun, and we never felt pressured or rushed. It was truly such a pleasure working with him, and I'm so happy we were paired with Caz for such a special purchase. And now that I finally have my ring, I can say I absolutely LOVE how it turned out! Thank you for being part of such a special moment for us!

I brought several pieces of jewelry that belonged to my deceased parents to Derco for repair. These items are irreplaceable to me--they are among the only physical things I have left from my parents--and I made their sentimental importance very clear throughout this process. I was initially told I would receive an update within four weeks. Seven weeks passed with no communication. I called the store and was assured someone would follow up with me by the next day. No one did. I then emailed both the owner, Jack Jack Der Abrahamian, and my sales associate, George Contreras, directly. Another week passed without a response. At that point, I had lost confidence in Derco and informed them that I no longer wanted the repairs completed. I told them I would come to the store the following day to retrieve my jewelry. I was assured my items would be ready for me. When I arrived, they could not locate them. Let that sink in: after weeks of unanswered communication, I went in person to retrieve irreplaceable jewelry belonging to my deceased parents, and the store could not tell me where it was. I was eventually told that the pieces had been located but were "in transit" and that I would have them by the end of the following day. They did not arrive. I was then assured that once the items arrived, Derco would have them delivered directly to my home. The scheduled delivery date came and I heard nothing. When I called the store myself, the staff seemed surprised that I was expecting a delivery at all. Even more astonishingly, despite my having provided my contact and delivery information repeatedly--approximately seven times across phone calls and email exchanges--they apparently did not know where the jewelry was supposed to be delivered or when I could expect to receive it. At every stage of this ordeal, I reiterated the same thing: these pieces belonged to my deceased parents and are profoundly important to me. That context somehow resulted in neither urgency, careful communication, nor even basic follow-through. Mistakes happen. Delays happen. What is unacceptable is a repeated pattern of missed commitments, unanswered messages, conflicting information, inability to locate a customer's property, and the customer having to chase the business at every stage simply to find out where their belongings are. For a business entrusted with valuable--and often deeply sentimental--property, I find this level of service extraordinarily troubling. Jack and George had multiple opportunities to take ownership of this situation and communicate with me appropriately. They did not. If you are considering entrusting Derco Jewelers with something valuable or irreplaceable, I strongly encourage you to consider my experience before doing so. If you value your belongings, your time, and basic communication from a business holding your property, I would take your business elsewhere. What should have been a straightforward jewelry repair became weeks of unnecessary anxiety over whether I would even get the last remaining pieces I have from my parents back. Shame on Derco Jewelers for allowing it to reach this point.

Everything felt rushed, impersonal, and mass-produced. After doing a lot of research, we found La Bijouterie. From our very first appointment, the experience felt personal and relaxed. We came back multiple times, asked Set (the owner) countless questions, and he happily walked us through the entire diamond process so we felt truly informed. We also went back and forth over email, more times than I can count, to get every detail just right. I was initially a little hesitant because I wanted a fairly classic three-stone ring, and La Bijouterie specializes in custom work, but I had very specific preferences around proportions, and we wanted an experience that felt enjoyable and genuinely customer-focused. La Bijouterie was exactly what we were looking for, with reasonable pricing that kept us within our desired budget. We couldn't be happier with both the ring and the experience, and we now recommend La Bijouterie to all of our friends who are starting their ring search. Thank you, Set and team!

We never felt pressured to choose a bigger stone or go over our budget. Antonio focused entirely on creating our perfect ring within our means, regardless of the customizations. We visited the showroom three times: the first visit was to look at stones, the second to compare stones and finalize our custom vision, and the third to pick up and admire the final piece! The production wait time from approval was just under 7 weeks, slightly longer than we initially expected, but if you want a custom piece that feels uniquely you and turns out absolute perfection, the wait is 100% worth it. We couldn't imagine a better engagement ring, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! You will be so happy you chose Yadav (and Antonio)!

We got stuck in traffic and even witnessed a minor accident on the way. We decided to let the person who scratched our car go because we didn't want to miss our appointment. We called ahead to let them know we were running about 15 minutes late. When we were put on a call where the representative was not muted and was talking over us. We were also told that, because we were late, we would not have the full 45-minute appointment since they were booked. I completely understood that, and I wasn't expecting to use more time than necessary because I already knew exactly what I wanted. However, we were out of the late appointment in approximately 18 minutes. My biggest concern was that I clearly explained that I wanted the engagement ring and wedding band as a complete set, with both pieces coordinating and preferably sitting together. I felt that my request was not really listened to. Afterward, I received a recap email listing a wedding band--the Penny in 18k white gold--that I was not looking for and had never selected. The setting and wedding band did not reflect what I had clearly requested. I understand that we were running late, but I still expected the appointment to focus on understanding our preferences and helping us find the right complete set. Unfortunately, I left feeling rushed and misunderstood rather than excited about such an important purchase. I will be reaching out to request assistance from a different representative who can better understand what we are looking for.

We wanted to pay to get it repaired by Brilliant Earth, since they did a great job refurbishing it to begin with. My wife called on 8/5/26 and was told that we can send it in still fused to a wedding band that was not purchased through Brilliant Earth. We offered to have them separated if it would be an issue. Again, they said this won't be a problem. We were provided the shipping label which I appreciated. We were told that we would hear back within 2-3 business days of Brilliant Earth receiving it. We shipped it on 8/10/26 and it was received 8/12/26. After a week (8/18/26) I had to call as we had not received any updates. I was given the run around on why we had not been contacted, and was told someone will call us in 24-48 hours. No one called, and I once again had to call back only to be told that I had to schedule a call with someone from their repair department and that there was confusion on the wedding band that the engagement ring was fused to. Then I finally got a call on 8/25/26 saying they couldn't repair it because it was fused to a wedding band not bought from Brilliant Earth. Our options were for them to send it back and look elsewhere for repairs or send it back, unfuse them, and send it back to Brilliant Earth. They also asked if they wanted me to have the ring shipped back now or wait for our scheduled call with the repair person. I asked to have it shipped back and that we would look elsewhere. I then had to call two days later as I was not provided a tracking number. All in all the customer service was horrible and they had my wife's ring for about 2 weeks and Wouldn't fix it. Such a shame as everything went so smoothly when i purchased the ring. They lost business on two fronts, not repairing the ring, and I will not be buying from them ever again.

The story behind my best friends gift: She and I have known each other since we were 5 years old, and in high school, we always used to swap rings with one another - me with my grandmother's aquamarine, and her with her grandmother's diamond ring. We loved to swap rings and have joked for most of our lives about our finger sizes being the same. When I got engaged, she tried my ring on and said, "it doesn't quuuuuite fit" in which we laughed because I retorted with, "Well. It shouldn't. It's mine!" When she got engaged last summer, I knew I wanted to make something special for her and I knew an aquamarine had to be involved. I went to No. 3 in search of something, but I didn't know what. I spotted a gold bracelet made my Melissa Scoppa that showed the phases of the moon on one side and had diamond stars on the other. After chatting with Lily for a bit about the bracelet, she suggested I could swap out the diamond for an aquamarine on the piece of the bracelet that was our birth moon phase - me, with a waning crescent and hers with a waxing gibbous. Genius! We decided to go forward with it, and had two beautiful bracelets made by Melissa with a little wink to our life long friendship. I couldn't be more pleased with the result, and neither could my friend. I love No. 3 so much because whoever you work with truly cares about what you're making and truly cares about beautiful jewelry. I could not recommend No. 3 enough for any sort of gift you had in mind, whether it is for an engagement ring, or just a gift to say I love you to someone. Thank you Lily and No. 3!!

I assumed it was a one-off defect, so I ordered a replacement. The second pair fell out too, within 10 minutes of putting it on, during a short car ride to my destination. Two separate units failing doesn't seem like bad luck - seems like poor quality / lack of security in the hinge feature. Because this happened with two separate earrings, I asked the store to allow me to return the remaining earring in my possession, since it would be of no use to me without the second earring. The store declined, citing an inability to inspect the earring(s) that fell off (which, ironically, I'd have gladly provided if they hadn't both failed and fallen off so quickly). I'd expect better quality from an in-house line, and importantly, better customer service when a clear pattern is reported.
