This company has helped me out of some tough situation and got me back up on my feet! I had to have emergency surgery early this year, and I came home. My husband had to work so I was all along the home care, sent over a caregiver. She was so kind. She helped me in every way possible. She never got impatient, she just constantly asked. What can I do to help? I really appreciate candis for opening this company and higher and such compassionate caregivers. read more

After witnessing the challenges and emotional toll of navigating care for an aging family member, our founder, Candis Cunningham, was inspired to build something better—something more personal, more dependable, and more heart-centered. Established in 2021 in Houston, Texas, A-One Homecare was born out of a passion for service and a desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families needing extra support. What started as a small operation quickly grew into a trusted name in non-medical homecare throughout Houston and surrounding counties. We built our agency on values that still guide us today.
