We did end up having to reschedule for a different day, but Monica was very professional in giving me enough notice and working with me to set up another appointment right away. The day of my appointment, I arrived at the exact start time and apologized as I usually like to arrive earlier to fill out the paperwork. Monica greeted me and said it was no problem. As I was filling out the paperwork, Dr. Fondacaro walked two patients out. He smiled and seemed pleasant, even though my treatment didn't involve any interaction with him. Monica performed the Dermaplaning and explained the whole process before we started. You have to lie very still, so there wasn't much talking during the treatment.
