This had me worried if I was still in Hawaii I would have taken it to the Kamaka store for repair. I would know that they deal with Kamakas all the time and I wouldn't have to worry about getting it fixed there. But living in Vegas had me worried that maybe they wouldn't know how to repair it successfully. But took a chance on family music center after reading the reviews on Yelp. I was not disappointed they did an excellent job with the repair you can't even see where the split was on the bridge. The staff was really knowledgeable and friendly and put my mind at ease. They make loans on items as cheap as DVD's and PS3-4 games (like $3 on ps4) and sell them for $15-$20 each (though prices are negotiable). When awarding them a 5 star rating, I do so on the condition that I am comparing them to like similar businesses in this particular category. Now that my initial justification has been stated, I firmly believe that this location of Metro Pawn truly deserves a 5 star rating. The location is clean, well organized, safe, and the merchandise selection, although rather small, is quite diverse. The staff is extremely friendly, down to earth, and is quite diversified. I worked with a very friendly gentleman named Bob who opened the glass case and freely allowed me to peruse the PS4 games without hesitation. I chose two games marked at $29.99 and 19.99 respectively and negotiated a fair reduced price for the pair. He handled my transaction fluidly and was warm and sincere. I was buzzed into the shop with my 13 year old daughter, and they gave me no issues with allowing her in the store. I recently discovered the great deals one can get on video games, electronics, tools, and even firearms at local pawn shops such as this one, and have become a regular customer at a few of them. I can honestly say that this location over on Rancho by Del Taco is definitely worth a stop and I only wish I had become a regular a bit sooner. Could have saved quite a bit of money!
